Maisonette 36m2 with private green terrace, quiet and at the foot of Paris

We will welcome you with pleasure and discretion in this small house at the bottom of our garden. It is simple, comfortable and close to all amenities. Located in the great paris south east, you can enjoy Paris 30/40 minutes, the banks of the Marne, the Ile de France, the Bois de Vincennes (6 km from the floral park, Vincennes zoo, cycle with our bikes available), Fontainebleau forest, Eurodisney in 40 minutes by car or RER, cat park. Walkers: GR 14 ..) The accommodation offers all the amenities: fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and small freezer, storage, dishes.; A living room with a BZ, an office space, TV, WiFi .... In the bedroom, we chose removable bedding: two single beds which can be pushed together by a fastening system and become a double bed, 180 sheets and 180 duvet. You can arrange as you wish. We also have a baby cot. We will listen to your needs, having at heart to welcome well. We have toys and books for children ... The whole garden is available in our absence. We have some outdoor games. Smokers can enjoy the terrace.
We will be available, if you wish, to inform you about the Ile de France region. If you come by public transport, we are 20/25 minutes walk from the RER and 10 minutes by bus. Depending on your arrival time, we can pick you up if you wish.
We are at the intersection of two neighborhoods LA PIE and ADAMVILLE. There are all the amenities on site, including shops, small and large markets on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. You will also have at your disposal a doctor, pharmacy, supermarket, clothing stores, swimming pool with lawn in summer (8 mins walk) ...
Bus 111 is at the end of the dead end and takes you in 10 minutes to the RER to go to Paris, Fontainebleau, 112 to 5/10 MNS mins walk. You have the TVM which leads in the suburbs Créteil, Choisy-le-roi (world championship of water skiing in September) Cycle tracks allow to go around the marl, to go to Nogent and its taverns ...

Der Preis für die Unterkunft ist okay Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem der besseren Viertel der Stadt. Die Sauberkeit innerhalb der Wohnung entspricht definitiv nicht dem deutschem Standard. Was aber besonders hervorzuheben ist, ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter. Die Verkehrsanbindungen mit der Bahn sind hervorragend, wenn man in Kauf nimmt das man ungefähr eine Stunde bis Paris fahren muss. Wir würden diese Unterkunft alles in allem wieder buchen.

bescheiden und lieblos

wir haben nur den vermieter kennen gelernt. spricht nur französisch, kurz angebunden, nicht besonders hilfsbereit. mürrisch. objekt vorgarten verwahrlost und ungepflegt. wohnung innen verwohnt und einfach. parkplatz finden ist Glückssache(1-2 km weiter). verkehrsanbindungen zu zentrum katastrophal !( eine odyssee des chaos). wir sind 15 min später ausgecheckt und wurden danach beleidigt von dem Herrn, den scheinbar nur das Geld interessiert. nie wieder!

Voyage à la douce France précisément à Saint Maur de fossés

Notre séjour s’est bien passé. Le milieu est calme, la description de la maison est telle qu’elle est décrite dans le site. Il y’a du tout pour la première nécessité. Le seul point que je leurs conseillerais d’agrandir la douche si c’est possible càd la douche est trop petite difficile de faire les mouvements pour frotter le corps. Je conseillerais les gens qui seront en voiture d’apporter le capot ou batch pour couvrir la voiture car il y’a de places pour parquer dans la rue mais sous les arbres où il y’a bcp de nids d’oiseau qui fait leur toilettes au dessus de la voiture pour éviter chaque jour de partir au carwash. Ce n’est pas la faute de propriétaires ils ne peuvent rien faire, tout le monde qui parquait sa voiture là bàs avait de même problème Les propriétaires sont très gentils , compréhensifs, disponibles à notre écoute Merci à Yves et Catherine de nous avoir aider pour l’attestation de domicile qui nous a permis d’aller nager à la piscine Nous étions tous très contents de passer une semaine dans votre domicile. prochainement nous y reviendrons

Sehr schön, könnte noch besser ausgestattet sein

Für einen Kurzurlaub in Paris sehr sehr schön und besonders ruhig gelegen, unkompliziert. Möbel und Geräte leider teilweise zu alt, es mangelte etwas an Küchenausstattung und der Abfluss war verstopft. Ohne diese kleinen gut zu behebenden Mängel wäre das hübsche kleine Haus deutlich angenehmer und schöner, das ist schade.

Einfache, saubere Unterkunft nahe Paris.

Die Gastgeber empfangen einen nett und alles ist sehr unkompliziert. Nette Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Die nächste RER Station ist ca. 25 Min zu Fuß entfernt und man kommt gut in die Stadt rein. Perfekt für einen Parisurlaub mit Kinder.

Un petit nid fonctionnel et proche du centre de St-Maur pour une petite famille de préférence motorisée. Tout sur place, y compris le calme. Des propriétaires disponibles et à votre écoute.
