Elegant villa on 2 levels, with garden, barbecue, wood stove, outdoor patio. The house comprises, on the ground floor, a spacious living room / kitchen with fireplace and a bathroom with shower, on the second floor of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a dressing room and two balconies one view and a mountain view. The property is located on the seafront of Isle of females and is fully furnished and equipped. A few km from the 'airport' Falcone Borsellino ', the house is a12 km from Palermo. A short walk from the nightlife of Isle of females, its particular location ensures peace and privacy.
To get to the beach will be sufficient to cross the 50 meters of the driveway of the residence.
The country, a picturesque fishing village full of pizzerias, fish taverns,
and meeting places, can also be reached on foot.

Buono

Villetta a circa 100 metri dal mare fornita di tutto il necessario. Affittuari seri e ben organizzati. Purtroppo spesso è andata via la corrente elettrica e di conseguenza acqua corrente. Mare nel pomeriggio sporco dovuto allo scarico di molte barche al largo e presenza di alghe.

Herrlicher Urlaub mitten im italienischen Leben

Herrlich geräumige, saubere und wirklich voll ausgestattete (insbesondere die Küche) Doppelhaushälfte am Ende einer durch Gittertore abgesperrten Privatstaße. Vom tollen überdachten Sitzplatz mit Außenküche (Gasgrill, Grillstelle und Pizzaofen) ist leider noch kein Bild in der Beschreibung, dabei ist der echt ein Highlight. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern hat uns gerettet, auch der große Deckenventilator im Wohnbereich macht die Hitze erträglich. Die Vermieter sind supernett und hilfsbereit, und per E-mail und Handy auch sofort erreichbar, falls es Fragen oder ein Problem geben sollte. Der Ort ist ein typischer italienischer Strandort ( wir waren eine der wenigen Nichtitaliener ). Die freien Strände sind leider nicht ganz sauber, das Wasser ist aber bis auf einzelne Algen herrlich klar. In Isola delle Femmine und Capaci gibts alles, was man braucht. Zu empfehlen: fangfrischen Fisch morgens an der Hafenmole von Isola delle Femmine und das frische Gemüse, Obst und Wein nebenan im kleinen Lädchen kaufen. Unbedingt: Eis und Granita im Dolce Cono (Straße am Strand). Für Großeinkauf gibts im Nachbarort ein großes Einkaufszentrum (nächste Autobahnausfahrt). Der Hotelkomplex direkt neben dem Ferienhaus hat ab 22.00 Abendunterhaltung mit lauter Musik. Uns hats nicht gestört, zumal die Schlafzimmer zur anderen Seite liegen. Dafür ist die Hotelpizzeria sehr zu empfehlen. Genialer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge: Palermo, Mondello und Monreale sind in einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Auch Trappani, Marsala und die auf dem Weg liegenden Salinen, sowie Segesta sind dank Autobahnnähe (von der man nichts hört) gut erreichbar. Empfehlenswert: Ausflug ins Naturschutzgebiet dello Zingaro, aber nicht am Wochenende und möglichst früh (dann ist freier Parkplatz noch vorhanden) und Taucherbrillen fürs kristallklare Wasser nicht vergessen! Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub. Danke Stefania und Familie

Schöne Ferien

Wir haben drei schöne Wochen von Mitte Juni bis Anfang Juli in der Villa von Stefania verbracht. Sie und Ihr Mann sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist großzügig, luftig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gut fanden wir die zwei Schlafzimmern mit Klimaanlage und die zwei Bäder mit WC, auf jede Etage eins. Das vermeidet Stress am Morgen. Auf der großen, teilweise überdachten Terrasse mit Außenküche haben wir uns sowohl sonnen als auch im Schatten kochen/grillen und speisen können. Ein freier und organisierter Sandstrand befindet sich am Ende der Privatstraße. Lidos, Bars und Restaurants liegen in der Nähe, der Ort ein paar Minuten entfernt. Es hat uns alles sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacanze simpatiche e piuacevoli

Villetta a schiera sul mare. Abbiamo passato tre belle settimane di vacanze, da metà giugno a principio luglio 2015, nella villetta di Stefania. Lei e suo marito sono cordiali e disponibili. La casa vacanze è spaziosa, arieggiata e ben organizzata. Molto comode sono le due stanze da letto con condizionatore e i due bagni con wc, su ogni piano uno. Questo risparmia stress alla mattina. Un grande vantaggio dell’immobile e la sua spaziosa terrazza, fornita di ombrellone e sdraie, ci si può prendere il sole e rilassarsi. Dalla parte ricoperta e ombreggiata, dove si trova una cucina esterna molto pratica, abbiamo cucinato/fatto grigliate e mangiato, che piacere. Alla fine della stradetta si trova il lungomare di Isola delle Femmine con spiaggie sabbiose, anche libere e organizzate. Lidi, bar e ristoranti nei paraggi, il paese è raggiungibile a pochi minuti. consigliatissimo

Quindici giorni all'insegna del mare e del divertimento. Villetta a 50 metri dal mare e dai locali del lungomare di Isola delle Femmine, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. E' stata una bellissima esperienza, mio marito ed io ci siamo anche cimentati ad accendere il forno a legna di cui è dotata la villetta. La casa è pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort. I proprietari sono solleciti e cortesi, sicuramente da consigliare , noi ci torneremo.

Appartamento eccellente!

Appartamento a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia attrezzata nel complesso del Saracen. Uno dei migliori appartamenti per vacanze in cui siamo mai stati. Bellissimo spazio all'aperto in cui soggiornare, attrezzato con ombrellone e sdraio. Possibilità di cucinare all'esterno nel barbecue o persino nel forno a legna. Doccetta esterna comodissima. All'interno ogni comfort, aria condizionata nelle camere, ventilatore al piano terra, internet wi-fi, 2 posti auto. Curato nei minimi dettagli. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Davvero consigliatissimo!
