In summer ideal starting point for walks on the Aletsch glacier or to the Konkordia Hütte. From the balcony view over a 9-hole golf course in front of the building.

Very good Alestch Arena base
Nice large appartment on the slope at Riederalp in an extremely quiet building, easy to access from Mörel telecabin. There are sufficient cutlery, flatware and equipment and a ski room downstairs.We would definitely come back to Haus Koncordia 2.

Skiferien Konkordia 2
Ferienwohnung an sehr guter Lage mit praktischer Raumaufteilung. Gebraucht, aber gepflegt und sauber. Schön gelegener Balkon mit südlicher Lage und toller Aussicht.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.P.S.: Verbesserungsvorschlag für die Schlüsselübergabe: in den "Additional Information" sollte korrigiert werden, dass der Schlüssel bei Leisure Rentals (neben der Bäckerei Zurschmitten) und NICHT bei Leisure Properties abgeholt werden kann.

Lage top. Grösse gut. Unterkunft ist einfach aber zweckmässig. Ausrüstung mit Hand- und Badtüchern ist grosszügig. Leider war einiges defekt: Lampe bei einem Bett Lampe beim Spiegelschrank im Bad Haarföhn funktioniert ebenfalls nicht Die Küche hätte ein Generalüberholung nötig Und ernsthaft, welchem Zweck dient der defekte Staubsauger, der einen ganzen Schrank verstellt.

War ein guter Aufenthalt. Tolle Lage mit Kindern. Tolles Skigebiet. Leider nicht sehr sauber. Viel in der Wohnung defekt (Haarfön, Klappbett, Babybett, Bachofen, Staubsauger) und veraltet. Sehr schade das nicht mehr investiert wird. Aber wir konnten uns arrangieren!

Eine sonnige Woche auf der Riederalp
Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen hinreichend gross. Sie bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Golfplatz und das Bergpanorama. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es Platz für Jacken und Skischuhe. Die Skis kann man in zwei Skiräumen aufbewahren. Die Betten sind in Ordnung, nach einer Nacht Angewöhnung haben wir alle gut geschlafen. Das Bad ist recht klein, für einen Wochenaufenthalt zu viert reicht es aber aus. Der Haartrockner sollte ersetzt werden. Die Küche ist zum Essbereich offen, was angenehm ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist alt und zum Teil nicht sehr praktisch. Von Hand abwaschen ist angesagt. Wir haben die Woche auf der Riederalp sehr genossen. Den Preis empfanden wir als eher hoch, war aber Hauptsaison. Für Leute die nicht den höchsten Komfort brauchen kann die Wohnung empfohlen werden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Fijn verblijf in de bergen
We hebben een fijne week gehad met onze kinderen tijdens de wintersport. De oefenpiste met sleepliften is 100m verderop. Het appartement is wat gedateerd maar van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Fijn dat de bedden waren opgemaakt toen we aankwamen.

Küche in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Backofen nicht mehr brauchbar. Ausser Bett, Wohnung in einer schmuddelig Verfassung. Werden diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nah bei Skischule/Trainerlift, ruhige Lage, zentral. Alte Küche, renoviertes Bad. Sicht über Golfplatz auf Walliser Bergwelt. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Eigentümern. Gerne wieder :-)

Datiert aber es funktioniert.
Bequemes appartement. Lage seht gut. Ein bischen gehorig. Die kuche ist ziemlich alt und nicht seht komplett. Es gibt 80 teller aber kein korkenzieher, spatel oder reibe. Appartement braucht vielleicht ein ‘ make over’. Wifi ziemlich unstabiel. Weiterhin gute kommunication mit vermieter.

Einfach, aber tiptop
Die Wohnung hat eine supertolle Lage, keine 10 Minuten zu Fuss von der Riederalp Mitte, zum Skilift keine 5 Minuten. Die Wohnung war zweckmässig eingerichtet, eher etwas älter, aber tiptop sauber. Check-in sehr unkompliziert, gute und prompte Kommunikation. Vielen Dank für Alles.

Nice, well situated appartment
We spent a week on Riederalp. The appartment was very nice, spacious and clean. There is an open wall from the kitchen to the living room which we enjoyed a lot. There was also enough space to hang up towels and always enough warm water in the evening when everyone wanted to take a shower. There is a separate ski storage room in the house. It is well situated and close to the skilifts and Coop (shop). It is also close to the Riederalp Bahn that bring people up from the valley. You can rent a sled to carry the luggage just around the corner. The communication with the owner was excellent and we really recommend it.
