schöne Anlage mit gepflegten Pool und traumhaften Meerblick Die Fewo war eine Katastrophe: Wuchtiges Schrankbett und zusätzliches Klappbett in einem viel zu kleinen Zimmer.- kein Durchgang mehr möglich Verschimmelte Duschtasse, verrostete Waschmaschine, verstopfte stinkende Abflüsse, defektes Schlafsofa, mangelhaft ausgestattete Küche, 4 Löffel, 5 Gläser, kein Anzünder für Gasherd, verdreckte Pfannen und Töpfe, Bei Nutzung des Ofens fliegt Stromsicherung heraus. Nice location, rubbish plumbing

Lovely views, nice rural/ish location. Plumbing rubbish, woke up several times due to the noise from it. Brushed off as ‘problema piccolo’. Not relaxing at all when you are on a break to recharge, and are constantly woken up by a great banging noise from the cistern/water heater, after they attempted to fix it themselves. They need to have paid for a plumber to sort it properly. Spoiled an otherwise nice break to a part of the world that was new to us. I’ve stayed all over Europe and never given anything less than 4-stars in reviews, but I am very disappointed in the owners attitude to the issue. Calabria is a lovely place to visit and hopefully we will return. It had a charm not found in other regions of Europe we have stayed in. Fabulous food, wine, and secret, picturesque beaches and hidden restaurants.

Bel soggiorno, Maria é sempre disponibile e celere nelle risposte. La casa é piú d Adatta ad una famiglia con bambini visto che la seconda stanza é un pó più piccola, ma comunque la casa é abbastanza pulita e ben localizzata. Niente da ridire, solo il caldo durante la notte. Siamo stati in Calabria durante una settimana molto calda e dormire senza aria condizionata é stata dura. Maria si é comunque preoccupata di farci avere dei ventilatori.

Molto bello

Location ben curata , proprietari simpatici e disponibili (ci hanno permesso di arrivare qualche ora in anticipo rispetto all’orario prestabilito per il check-in), la casa è vicina alla spiaggia libera e ogni camera della nostra stanza aveva vista sul mare , ambiente pulito e curato , consiglio di noleggiare un veicolo e di girare per le zone limitrofe che presentano molte spiagge

What a view!

Our group of 4 adults (2 couples) stayed in Maria’s Briatico apartment for 3 nights to explore the Tropea area. The apartment is much as it is pictured, and was very clean. The second bedroom was cosy for 2, but we were fine. The balcony is the highlight of the apartment with stunning ocean views! The location provided us with an opportunity to explore the area. Very good value for the money. Thank you Maria!

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und hat eine große Terrasse und zur anderen Seite einen Balkon. Beide mit Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist einfach und funktionell eingerichtet. Es fehlten mir einige Küchenutensilien, was aber nicht sehr schlimm war. Sehr nette Vermieter! Das einzige, was uns ziemlich gestört hat, waren die unangenehmen Gerüche im Badezimmer...

Nebensaision - gute Lage - Ruhe - Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Hatten in Ende September die komplette Anlage für uns alleine. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern! Bad war leider relativ klein und trotz 200m Luftlinie zum Strand ist ein kleiner Umweg zu Fuß nötig.

Bellissima vacanza

L'appartamento è risultato assolutamente allineato con le aspettative. Di recente costruzione è ideale per famiglie di 4 persone. L'esterno del residence è pulito e la piscina ben tenuta. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto ed è presente tutto ciò che serve per essere autonomi anche con l'uso cucina. La posizione è ottima per accedere alla baietta sottostante a piedi (3min) e con la macchina si possono raggiungere le principali località balneari della zona. Purtroppo le parti comuni non private non sono altrettanto ben tenute (cassonetti della spazzatura, erba alta, strade non pulite) A giugno naturalmente tutto risulta più semplice dato lo scarso affollamento di spiagge/cittadine e locali. Maria e Michele sono carinissimi e super-ospitali. Io lo consiglio assolutamente per chi cerca una vacanza lontano dalla confusione delle principali località turistiche.

Schöne Wohnung, leider war die Sauberkeit mangelhaft...

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen und der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Leider war die Wohnung nicht Sauber als wir ankamen. Es war überall sehr staubig und das Bad war schmutzig und der Abfluss hat übel gerochen. Da wir außerhalb der Saison im Oktober dort waren, waren wir die einzigen Gäste im ganzen Haus (12 Ferienwohnungen) und die Reastaurants im Umkreis hatten unter der Woche alle geschlossen. Vielleicht wird in der Hauptsaison häufiger geputzt...

Perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il mare

Siamo stati con mia moglie in questo splendido appartamento, è proprio come si vede sulle foto, anzi qualche sera quando il cielo è stato nitido sia riusciti a vedere il fumo dello stromboli, la spiaggia è al di la del sottopasso e noi la raggiungevamo a piedi ( finalmente senza l' uso della macchina). A piedi andavamo anche ai ristoranti e pizzerie presenti sul lungo mare. Appena siamo arrivati ci hanno subito accolti e fatti accomodare con gentilezza e cortesia anche se in anticipo rispetto all' orario concordato. L' appartamento era pulitissimo e sul tavolo ci siamo trovati un vassoio di cipolle di tropea fornitoci dalla proprietaria. Lo consiglio a chi ama il sole, il mare ed anche utilizzare il barbecue in giardino. Continua così Maria, sei stata veramente disponibile in tutto ciò che ci è necessitato. Mirella e Salvatore

VACANZA PERFETTA

L’ appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione: è spazioso, ben areato ed ha una splendida terrazza da cui si gode una vista incantevole . Le spiagge nei dintorni sono belle e vicine, il mare è limpido. Abbiamo fatto una piacevole vacanza e ci piacerebbe senz’altro ripetere questa esperienza.

Perfect place if you want to be close to Tropea

The apartment is a bit outside of Briatico, tricky to find as there is not a proper road going there. It is almost brand new with a nice pool and sea view. The train is not a problem - not noisy at all. The apartment is not too big but offers enough space for max. 4 adults. We were 3 + 2 small kids. Bed sheets and towels were provided. Kitchen was well equipped. Maria and her husband are very friendly. So overall 5 stars for this place.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, nur zu empfehlen!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser toll gelegenen, sauberen und sehr neuwertigen Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastorientiert und um unser Wohl stets bemüht. Von der Buchung und Korrespondenz über den Empfang und den Check-out funktionierte alles ohne Mängel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Objekt liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage oberhalb des Strandes von Briatico mit einem tollen Meerblick. Der private Pool ist sehr gepflegt und man kann ihn rund um die Uhr benutzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Vielen Dank Maria & Michele für die schönen Tage bei euch!

bellissimo appartamento

Devo dire che i calabresi sono veramente calorosi e disponibili, sempre col sorriso sulla bocca. A parte questo l' appartamento è accogliente come dalle foto, nuovo e pulito. Divertimento garantito anche grazie alle serate trascorse al giardino usando il barbecue ed organizzando festicciole con gli altri villeggianti del complesso. Stefania P.

vacanza perfetta. I proprietari molto cordiali e carini ci davano ogni indicazione per viverci al meglio la ns vacanza. Tanti posti abbiamo visitato veramente incantevoli. Bellissima è stata la gita in barca e le serate trascorse nelle sagre paesane. Bellissimo il complesso con la favolosa piscina. Federico
