Waterscape 5th Floor A side 1-bedroom -on the beach-

Waterscape is the premium Resort in the area with an oasis like pools and waterparks at the courtyard. Units that look at the courtyard are the most preferred and only 50% of the units in A side have a courtyard view. Our unit is conveniently located close to the closed parking garage and have a partial ocean view and courtyard view from the balcony. We have a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances everything you will need for your cooking pleasure. Your unit also features a bunk bed at the corner of the living room. It is a huge hit for the kids.

Upper Courtyard pool and two large hot tubs are heated and open during colder months.

We do not offer any military or other discounts. Applicable last minute specials are already built-in to the daily rates. -You pay full amount to confirm your reservation. Please check applicable cancellation policy below-

Cleaning, linen and Resort fees are included in our pricing under "Host Fee".
We do a credit card authorization of $300 as a security deposit, one day before check-in, but never charge your credit card. We automatically release this authorization hold 1 day after check-out. -This item may be stated as "deposit paid at the property" in the quote-

The unit has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. There are additional fees for 5th and 6th guest so please make sure you enter the correct guest count at the reservation. We provide guest poll wristbands for the party size in the unit.

We are in the "A" Area overlooking to the Waterscape Courtyard!

There is no road to pass. We are directly on the beach.

We offer discounted long term (snow bird rates) stay during Dec-Jan-Feb in this property. This discount is already built-into the price.

PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

If you reached us through vrbo/homeaway/expedia you will have to book through that channel as we do not accept direct bookings when approached through those channels. For repeat guests we may provide our vacationsatdestin site.

Cleaning and linen fees are included in our pricing either under "Resort Fee". The longer you stay, the less rent you pay per night since the Resort fee is averaged over your stay.

Our check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

We do not offer beach service, however we provide quality beach chairs and umbrella in the unit that you may use at the beach. You may also rent beach chairs from beach vendor if you so wish.

This largest one bedroom floorplan has a master bedroom that opens up to balcony with courtyard views. As such Balcony is also oversized. The carpets have been replaced with new flooring and unit recently updated in 2019. Bunk beds with personal TV's that feature Netflix are newly installed and we put memory foam very comfortable mattress bunk beds. You will love this condo.

Please note that Waterscape Resort has a heated pool and heated two large hot tubs open throughout the year. However other pools and waterfalls may be under maintenance during off season (November-February)

The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. The fully-stocked kitchen includes all dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware needed for your eat-in dining adventures.

All mattresses are upgraded and are very comfortable. Even the sofa bed has a 5 inch memory foam cool gel mattress.

Two adult size beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are stored in the condo and available for the use of our guests

Guests will have access to all the Resort pools, the courtyard, the gym, barbecue grills, hot tubs, parking etc.

There is no check-in or check-out at the lobby. You simply go to the condo, enter the door code and make yourself at home.

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort and enjoy the beach. However we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo

Lot's of restaurants close by some in walking distance. This is a resort by the beach, with an oasis like water parks in the middle of a U shape building. Our unit is at the A side, (East of the U) overlooking the courtyard.

Car is advised and recommended but not necessary.
