It is fully furnished and fully equipped Located in a peaceful environment without overlooked.
It is composed of a kitchen that is open plan opening onto the main dining area and living room. A room with a cupboard with an en140 bed. A bathroom with toilet. Double glazed windows, A nice big terrace with a nice view, close to any facilities.

Location idéale pour les vacances !

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir et profiter de la Corse (nécessité d’avoir un véhicule). Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans le logement de Monsieur Simoni, qui s’est montré très sympathique, disponible et arrangeant. Nous a conseillé quelques endroits à visiter et de bonnes adresses où se restaurer. La location convient parfaitement pour un couple, la terrasse est très agréable et nous y avons pris tous nos repas. Nous n’hésiterons pas à y revenir et recommandons vivement cette location !

Nous avons mon copain et moi séjourné dans ce logement idéalement situé (voiture obligatoire pour apprécier les environs et toute commodités proches) Le propriétaire est tout à fait à l’écoute, répond aux besoins et questions, nous a bien conseillé et nous avons meme eu le droit à des figues de son jardin! adorable. le lieu est très agréable. Un gîte tout près de la mer et de la montagne

J'ai loué ce gîte avec une amie, le logement est très agréable (surtout le lave-vaisselle 😊), devant la terrasse un mûrier-platane dispense une ombre appréciable même en plein midi ... Je n'hésiterai pas à y revenir.

Excellent séjour passé dans un studio très bien situé entre mer et montagne. Propriétaire accueillant, à l'écoute et disponible en cas de besoin. Magnifique arbre devant l'appartement permettant de manger en dessous à l'ombre à n'importe quel moment de la journée. Idéal pour visiter Bastia et le Cap Corse ( paysages et plages magnifiques )

Île Merveilleuse

Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Le balcon offre une vue magnifique sur la mer et la ville et, depuis la fenêtre de la chambre, vous pourrez voir la belle Furuani. La plage se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture, ainsi qu'un supermarché, des restaurants, des pâtisseries ... Louis et son fils Pierre étaient très gentils. Ils nous ont emmenés, mon fils et moi, passer l'après-midi au bord de la rivière, visiter l'église San Michele et faire une visite guidée de la charmante Cidace de Bastia. Je retournerai certainement dans cet appartement si je retourne un jour en Corse et le recommanderais à tous ceux qui envisagent de passer des vacances sur cette île merveilleuse.

siamo stati in questo appartamento per 11 notti. Location ottimale per raggiungere in 5 minuti il lido de la marana e in 10 minuti bastia da cui si diramano le strade verso le altre località. a disposizione dell'appartamento un giardino con una vista meravigliosa sul mare ed il borgo di furiani. l'appartamento è equipaggiato di tutto ed arredato con mobili semplici ma funzionali. un punto extra per il signor Luis, simpatico, accogliente e sempre disponibile.

Idéal pour profiter de la Corse

Très mignonne dépendance d'une grande maison. Très propre, confortable, très calme. Terrasse avec vue superbe sur le village de Furiani d'un côté et sur la mer et l'ile d'Elbe de l'autre. Tous commerces, cinéma et plage en contrebas. Idéal pour partir à la découverte de la Haute-Corse. Propriétaires adorables et de très bons conseils. Quand nous retournerons en Corse, nous y retournerons c'est certain

Fijn huis op super locatie

Leuk en apart ingedeeld huis (boven verdieping) met groot terras. Vriendelijke eigenaar, die je een rondje rond de stad geeft om je de weg te wijzen. Sommige zaken zijn aan een opknap beurtje toe. (doucheslang te kort, behang hangt los, deuren lopen aan) Maar algemeen een fijn huis om te verblijven.

Superb location with far reaching views, helpful owners,very clean and well equipped

We had a great holiday at this location. It started with a most helpful and informative welcome from the owners, which extended to finding and leading us to a dentist in Bastia for emergency treatment! The apartment is ideally placed for supermarkets, the excellent beach and the main route into Bastia and the rest of Corsica (but you do need a car!). Although the kitchen was small it was extremely well equipped. We ate all our meals on the large terrace which faces east and affords a panoramic view towards the sea. It is in full sun until mid afternoon but a powered blind provides shade when required. A cool box and parasol are provided for beach picnics. The property is one of four situated in the spacious grounds of a gated community, half way up the hill from the main road to the delightful old village of Furiani. It is both secluded and extremely tranquil with easy parking. We would be very happy to return for another holiday!U

So macht Urlaub noch viel mehr Spaß :-)

Wir haben eine Woche zu 4 Personen in dem Feriendomizil in Furiani verbracht. Kurze Bewertung: ALLES ist super und ganz nach Wunsch verlaufen! Der Kontakt vorab mit dem Vermieter war herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend! Der Empfang ebenso und der Vermieter stand jederzeit für alle - noch so kleine und banalen - Fragen gerne zur Verfügung. Bei Bedarf stellt er alles Nötige zur Verfügung, so auch in unserem Fall einen Sonnenschirm für am Strand und eine Kühlbox mit Kühlelementen. Die Ferienwohnung ist TIP TOP!! Alles, aber wirklich alles, was wir gebraucht haben stand vor Ort zur Verfügung!! Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig auf einem Hügel, etwas abseits vom Verkehr und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Aussicht auf dem Meer! Vom größeren Schlafzimmer hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Berge, also wirklich alles nach Wunsch :-)
