Old sheepfold renovated with simplicity, a little outside the village of Murviel les Montpellier, and between fields of olive trees, oak forests and scrubland, offering many possibilities for hiking.
Located 5 minutes from the A 750 motorway exit,
twenty five minutes from the beaches, (Palavas Frontignan plage), thirty minutes from Saint Guilhem le Désert and Lac du Salagou.
The house has a large fenced and landscaped garden, a terrace, a garden table, and gas barbecue.
