About this property
A haven of peace and beauty on the Bay of Anthéor
This house on the hill of Antheor offers a 180 ° view of the bay of Anthéor and the red massif of the Esterel. It offers a surface of 130 M2 habitable and more than 150 M2 of terrace. It is located in a closed subdivision.
The house was completely renovated in 2016-2017 in a very contemporary style. It offers 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine.
At the ground floor
Living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
A children's room (2 single beds), the master bedroom (double beds), bathroom with shower, WC
Large terrace: Tables and Barbecue
Interior stairs to go up to the 1st
A large bedroom with double bed and high ceiling
Access to the mezzanine with 2 single beds and Bathroom.
Attention: The mezzanine is not suitable for small children or elderly people.
Large terrace of 80m2 overlooking the bay
The house has good TV, internet, a Nespresso machine (think pods), a washing machine and washing machine.
The house has a large swimming pool (5x10) with large beach and outdoor shower. The access to the swimming pool is secured but for this it is essential to close the access doors well. Pool maintenance is provided once a week.
The house is secured by a locked grid and an additional door before accessing the garden. It also has an alarm.
The enclosed garage can hold 2 cars (medium size). Alternatively cars can easily and safely park on the street 20 meters from the house.
Linen (beds, bath towels and beach towels) are available for 20 euros per person.
Not overlooked, very quiet, a real haven of peace.
The villa is located halfway up the hill of Anthéor. It is in theory possible to walk down to the place but the ascent is a bit harder.
The beaches of La Baumette and Agay are a 3-minute drive away. The shops are at the same distance.
The massif of Estérel is 5-10 minutes by car
NB: Sorry but in Summer we rent only whole weeks from Saturday to Saturday
