3 Br 2 Ba On Main Channel Best View Sleeps up to 12

Come stay at our comfortable main channel view Ledges condo which is one of the most popular on the lake.
It sleeps up to 12 people.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with private bath and an excellent view of the lake.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and the spare bath is located right next to it.
There is a sofa sleeper in the living room.
Upstairs in the loft are 2 queen sized beds.
There is also a living room area with an air mattress. Soon to have another sofa sleeper.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. There is also a gas grill on the deck for you to use while you watch the boats go by.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and we were able to communicate quickly with the property manager. He was great! Loved the property, the only thing that would have been helpful to know ahead of time was that it was on the third floor with only stair access. Two people in our party had difficulty navigating the three flights of stairs due to age or knee injury. If you don't have any issues with stairs this is a great stay right on the lake with a beautiful view.

Beautiful view

My brothers, my dad and I come to Lake of the Ozarks every year to spend a week fishing; out of the last 10 years we've stayed at the Ledges 8 times. This was a new condo for us as our normal condo was sold to a new owner who doesn't do rentals. This condo has a great view and the owner was easy to work with. He brought over a new lock for the front door when the current one wasn't working. He brought additional keys to us the next day; very thoughtful. My father turned 82 and the rest of us in our late 50's and early 60's definitely got a workout climbing the stairs and taking the hike to the dock where our boat was located. Once in the condo, everything worked as expected and we really enjoyed the view of the main channel as well as all of the things we needed. No real complaints as we all needed the exercise anyway!

We checked in with the information Randy emailed us, enjoyed our stay, and checked out. Randy wasn't the quickest responder, but he answered what needed to be answered. It was a pleasant stay.

The Ledges with a loft

Always love the view of the main channel from the north side of The Ledges. This condo with a loft and large windows overlooking the lake is a perfect getaway!

Perfect lake condo

Condo was as described and was perfect for the family for a weekend baseball tournament. Great location, clean and the property manager was extremely personal and very accommodating. Would definitely return.
