First bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a full bedroom. Spacious living room with an open kitchen. 2 sofa beds
Kitchen is fully equipped, TV and WIFI
Bus stop to NYC only steps away. Commute To New York City is only 20 minutes.
Elevator, private parking available for a daily fee.

• We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing small load, $3.50 big and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Overall, a great stay!!

Everything was great at this location. It was just like the online listing and the host was responsive. Our only issue was a little bit of a stain on one of the mattress covers but didn’t impact our stay at all!

Great stay

Our stay was very smooth. The off street parking was very helpful. We parked our car and took the bus into Manhattan. The busses were pretty busy, but the bus stop was just across the street from the apartment, so it was super convenient.

Nice small apartment

Nice apartment with 2 bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom were neat. Only thing: woke up very early in the morning (5 am) because of trucks at nearby logistics company beeping when driving backwards.

Nice stay in New Jersey

The first impression was not very good. The building is not well conserved and there are toilets and construction materials around it. However, once inside the appartement, our impression changed. The apartment was clean and well decorated. The furniture is nice and the space optimized. It has a grocery store neer by and the bus to go to downtown New York is in front of the door.

Perfect!

Property was clean, easy access, good communication with host. Short distance from NYC, many amenities nearby. Towels, linens Beds, pillows, etc were all suitable. Beds were comfy, decor and updates were very quaint. Cabinets were well stocked, appliances functioning. Quiet neighborhood. Dollar for dollar great value!

Gateway to NYC

Apartment was great… clean and comfortable. Glad to have a place to park my car during the stay… but the parking spots are small. At one point, three closely-parked cars took up all “four” spaces. I think the only way four cars would fit there is if they are all compact cars. More coffee filters would be nice. I wasn’t expecting coffee to be provided. I brought my own. But I could only make it one morning because there was only one filter. The only other thing that would have been helpful is a bus schedule. We had to uber back one evening because apparently no buses go back to Notth Bergen after 8 pm? And it also seemed there wasn’t a bus into NYC on Sunday morning either. Obviously, that is not the fault of the VRBO owner. It just would be nice to have a bus schedule on hand. Regardless, I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit NYC on a budget.

Heating system

Generally it was fine but it would have been good to be able to speak with the landlord because it was not easy to close the heating system and the house was very hot one of the days. and the house was very hot.

Exceptionally clean

Claudia’s place was very cleanly! Not even a piece of dust or dirt was found. The heating system, air conditioning and windows could us an upgrade, not the safest. The neighborhood was nice and the stores were near. Claudia was also good with communicating on time. Great stay!

Had issues with the stay but the location was great

I came to the area because my friends and I had some tickets for shows happening on Black Friday in NYC. Usually I’ve never had any issues with VRBOs in the past, but I had a few here unfortunately. When we arrived the fire alarm battery was out and there was a constant beeping. Luckily it did get fixed within a few hours with a battery replacement. Then when one of us went to the restroom, we saw there was a sign stating the plumbing wasn’t working properly so to be mindful of how you use the restroom. So we were but the toilet ended up overflowing twice with poop water all over the bathroom floor and my clothing. We ended up having to use all the available towels to clean it up. When I reached out to the host about what to do, she said to either buy cleaning supplies with my own money or just use the plunger that didn’t work. When I contacted VRBO support about the matter they informed me she would not be able to get anyone to fix it for another 13 hours untill the next morning arrived and that she was saying it was our faults it was broken. We ended up walking to the local Dunkin’ Donuts to use their bathroom. The following morning someone did come by to fix the issue, which took about 15 minutes. I can guarantee you 3 girls didn’t cause that much damage after one use. Once the toilet was fixed, as we were starting to pack up to leave the following day, all 3 fire alarms went off for no reason. Lastly we found a roach. The area was so close to NYC tho which was SO nice!

Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung nach NYC

Lage, Checkin, Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Einzige Minuspunkte waren unzuverlässig arbeitende Heizung und Warmwasserversorgung (Mussten des öfteren kalt duschen).

A must stay again

We haven't seen our family in 2 years because of covid. The location was perfect not to far from our families home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet with a nice view. The only thing I would change would be to add t.v in each room. One t.v with kids was hard. The host was great she always kept great communication. I will definitely stay again.

Excellent

We needed a place to stay for 2 weeks and close to NY, as we needed to commute every day. This apartment was beyond what we imagine, pictures don’t do justice! Is spacious, clean, close to everything. 2 miles away from Tunnel, close to Hoboken which gives you the opportunity to see NY from the park every night if you want. We walk in the neighborhood and seems very calmed. Nothing bad to say! It’s not renovated but it’s definitely comfortable and fair for the amount paid. Communication with tenant was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.
