"Whale Tales" awaits you at Prominence, 30A's newest development. *Heated pool during cooler weather except dec-feb* 6 seater LSV "golf cart" included! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Aruba unit is tastefully decorated with soothing colors and comfortable and cozy furnishings. It's just the place to relax and unwind here on the Emerald Coast! The kitchen is a cooks dream, as you will have all you need to prepare meals and entertain just the way you do for family and friends at home. The dining area has seating for 4, and 4 extra places at the bar. The open living and dining areas have 10' ceilings and plenty of windows for a bright and spacious feel, with the sofa pulling to a queen bed. There is a 50" 4K smart TV in the living room for you entertainment. The Master suite offers a king size bed, and queen in the guest bedroom, and both offer 50" 4K smart televisions as well. "Whale Tales" has direct access to the pool, as it is just across the street, and is just a short shuttle or bike ride to the nearby scenic dunes and unspoiled beauty of nearby Deer Lake State Park and beach access. Deer Lake State park has a $3 per day access fee.

The town of Prominence is a 30A hotspot, and offers a number of amenities that are certain make this vacation one of fun, fitness and relaxation, including a 5,000 sq. ft. pool with cabanas surrounding the poolside, and a fitness center. The Hub offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. This property is beautiful, clean, and decorated nicely! Having the golf cart and bikes was an added bonus! Randell (property owner) was the best! He checked in to make sure everything was ok and was very responsive!

Perfectly Appointed on 30A

The place was beautiful and spotless. A masterclass in how to furnish and stock a vacation rental. Golf cart (LSV - low speed vehicle) was fun to use and had plenty of charge left after two round trips to Rosemary Beach. Included bikes were great. All the beach toys you could need. Fun to walk over and watch March Madness at the Big Chill. Pool was huge and heated enough. Nice area with plenty of vacationing families, 10/10

Great Spring Break Vacation

Excellent property for our Spring Break vacation. The unit is well appointed, and perfectly located. Owners have thought of everything from kitchen essentials, to available beach chairs and accessories. Cleanliness of the unit is impeccable. Location is also excellent, as it is directly across from The Big Chill and very close to Deer Lake State Park beach access. The entire Prominence Community and Big Chill area are extremely nice and family oriented. Also loved that this is a corner unit directly across from the heated pool. Loved our stay and would return.

Wonderful Location Property

Highly recommend this property. Owner was quick to respond with any questions we hadand the home was clean, comfortable, and really cute. Location is excellent and the golf cart and bikes make it do easy to get around to beaches and surrounding towns. Proximity to the Big Chill make grabbing coffee, food, or shopping very convenient. We had a great stay!

First time staying in 30A area, no complaints whatsoever. We are already talking about making our next trip back, prominence had plenty to offer. Family friendly area and great food options. Condo was great and had everything we needed and some.

Wonderful getaway

Check in was easy, property was beautiful and just as described. Loved having the bikes and golf cart! Made getting around so fun. We could walk to The Big Chill as the neighborhood is directly across the street. Rosemary was a quick drive as was Seaside. Beaches were easily assessable by golf cart. The home was beautifully decorated and the three of us loved the space. Had everything we wanted for a get away with my two young adult girls. Thank you and we hope to visit again!.

My family enjoyed our stay. This location was ideal for a family, in my opinion. This was our first time along 30A and we would stay here again. We drove down 30A to see the other locations. We came to the conclusion that this was the ideal location for family with easy beach access, pool, and food/entertainment. James was punctual in answering any of our questions.

Nice condo. The road to Seaside was closed due to construction, but still a nice location. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Thx for a nice visit.

Amazing!!

Perfect place for a getaway! My husband and I loved so much about this townhome! It was clean and very well kept. We felt right at home during our stay. The kitchen is beautiful and has pretty much everything we needed. The master suite has a wonderfully comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We enjoyed the bikes and also had fun taking the golf cart out for leisurely rides. This was a great location for everything we wanted to see and do on 30A. The host was great to communicate with. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back. The time we spent here was absolutely fabulous!! We didn't want to leave!

Great Stay

We have stayed in Prominence a few times and Whale Tales is one of the best places we have stayed. It is super clean and has easy access to everything. The owner, Mr. Cherry, is super nice and quick to reply to any questions you may have. We are saving Whale Tales in our favorites list and hopefully we can stay here again next time we are on 30A!

Getaway for 2

We had a small issue upon arrival with the code but it was corrected in minutes. It is a very nice unit with great access to the pool, restaurants and shops. So nice to have a golf cart and lots of beach amenities. The beaches are further than expected but we were able to get there quickly on the golf cart. Great stay for us.

Excellent accommodation and location

The owner Randell offered excellent communication throughout. The property was amazing and everything we hoped for - spotlessly clean, modern in a great location in a very upmarket area. The property offered everything we needed including cool box, beach chairs and golf buggy which we used for the beach and local restaurants. Across the road was "The hub" offering a variety of food outlets and live music. We had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. Thank you!

Surpassed Expectations

We loved staying here- everything was so fresh, clean and comfortable. They included so many of the basics like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, Aveda bath products and so many other thoughtful touches, which made it so nice for us not to have to buy another thing to make our stay comfortable. We loved being so close to the pool and were so glad to have access to floats and sand toys for our beach days. This is one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in and would definitely stay again. My only small complaint was the master bedroom has windows above the bed, and so the room gets pretty bright early in the morning. It wasn’t a huge deal and may not bother others, but I like the option of a darker room so I can sleep in a bit. Bring an eye mask if that’s you, or you can stay in the other bedroom which stays darker. Overall though I can’t say enough good things and we were sad to leave.
