Old house (Ty Coz) of character where the renovation (2017) has retained the charm of stone and wood. Located in the countryside in a small hamlet (dead end) and only 6 km from the sea.
The cottage is close to the house owners but not overlooked.
Price for the week all inclusive (water, electricity, wifi, heating in winter), sheets and linens. You will find the beds made upon your arrival.
Welcome to this recently renovated character house. Inside, you will have a beautiful kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, grill-bread ....) open on a living-room full of charm with its stones and exposed beams and its ornamental fireplace, a separate toilet and a small pantry (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board ...).
Upstairs, you will enjoy the lounge-relaxation area at your disposal, you will also find a room with a bed 2 people (160x200), a room with 2 single beds (120x190), you have the opportunity to come with a extra person thanks to the single bed (90x90). The floor also serves a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Outside, you will have a closed patio, beautifully decorated, with a garden, you will also enjoy sunbathing and barbecue available.

Ty Coz Stay

Property was nice, clean and quiet. Natalie spoke little English and we spoke little French but got on well. Supplied us with fresh tomatoes from their garden. The house is easily to get to from Roscoff and near to other beeches. The only downside to our stay was the mosquitoes at night, something we never we would see in France. Our bodies are covered with bites.

Perfekte Gastgeberin, Tolles Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt :-) ! Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus von Nathalie sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles was in der Beschreibung sowie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, entspricht zu 100 %. Wir wurden mit Kuchen, Cidre, Tomaten und frischen Blumen begrüßt. Der Kontakt zu Nathalie war ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank liebe Nathalie!

Wir kommen wieder!

Natürlich freut man sich, wenn sich die überaus positiven Bewertungen, auf denen ja auch die eigene Entscheidung für Natahlies und Herves Häuschen gründen, komplett den Tatsachen entsprechen. Aber das Schönste ist doch, wenn man nach den Fotos und Bewertungen dann endlich ankommt, herzlichst von Nathalie empfangen wird und das Haus, den herrlichen Aussenbereich und natürlich die wunderbare Umgebung endlich erleben kann. Wir kennen diesen Teil der Bretagne recht gut und waren auch auf klimatische Schwankungen eingestellt (das die französischen Touristen - und die Bretonen sowieso - Nieselregen zu tief hängenden Wolken umdeuten, wurde uns umgehen bewusst). Deshalb war uns ein wohnlich-komfortables Haus wichtig. Da liest es sich bei der einen oder anderen tief hängenden Wolke doch gleich viel entspannter. Und dieses Haus hat alle Hoffnungen erfüllt. Wir werden wiederkommen, um die Ruhe zu geniessen, das Meer, die klare Luft und die sternenklaren Nächte (der Sternenhimmel ist eine Sensation für sich - keinerlei Lichtverschmutzung). Aber auch die Sonne und den Wind, die Strände, Märkte und die Orte der Umgebung: Bretagne eben. Dass wir dann zur "Tomaten-Zeit" bei Nathalie waren, hat unserem Aufenthalt einen erheblichen zusätzlichen Genuss beschert. Auch dafür herzlichsten Dank. Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Als Familie haben wir zwei schöne und erholsame Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Empfang bekamen wir einen selbstgebackenen Far Breton. Auch die selbst angebauten Tomaten und Gurken durften wir probieren. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die nördliche Bretagne zu erkunden.

Ein wunderbares bretonisches Kleinod

Nachdem wir in Frankreich bisher vor allem die Cote d‘Argent und die unterschiedlichen Ecken Korsikas erkundet haben, wollten wir dieses Jahr die Bretagne kennenlernen. Und was für ein Glück, das wir dabei über dieses wunderbare Haus gestolpert sind. Die Bilder geben zwar schon einen guten Eindruck, aber vor Ort ist es nochmal ein bisschen schöner. Nathalie begrüßte uns und die Kinder absolut herzlich, auf dem Tisch wartete schon ein selbstgebackener Kuchen und überall standen hübsch arrangierte Blumen aus dem Garten gegenüber. Das Haus selbst verfügt über eine ausgezeichnet ausgestattete Küche, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Handtücher waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden, vor allem aber war das Haus nicht nur gemütlich, sondern dabei auch blitzsauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Für unsere beiden Kinder waren die Hühner ein absolutes Highlight, sowohl das Füttern als auch das morgendliche Eier holen. Da schmecken die Crêpes gleich nochmal so gut. Wir können uns für die schönen Tage in Sibiril nur bedanken und empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter!

Découverte du Finistère

A quelques km de la mer et à proximité du charmant bourg de Céder, nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre marche sur le sentier côtier, balades à vélo, découverte des enclos paroissiaux et surtout calme et repos. La maison très bien équipée et le charmant accueil des propriétaires ont contribué l'élément à la réussite de nos vacances en Bretagne. Seul point à améliorer, la connexion à Internet qui était défaillante.

Super séjour en famille

Séjour calme et reposant à quelques kms de la mer. Gîte charmant renové avec soin qui demeure fonctionnel au quotidien en retrait du foisonnement de la côte. Hôte très accueillante et attentionnée. Nombreuses destinations à visiter à proximité, quelques très belles plages de sable fin. Adapté aux familles avec enfants qui peuvent s'adonner aux sports de plage/mer et pêche à pieds .

Un petit paradis

Un endroit au calme, à 10 min en voiture des plages de Cléder. Idéalement situé pour les découvertes culturelles, cultuelles et le patrimoine historique (30 min de Perros Guirec, 20 min de Morlaix, 1h de Brest...). La maison est décorée avec goût, tout le nécessaire est là et en plus vous n'avez pas à ramener le linge, il est déjà sur place.

Nous avons été enchantés par le séjour dans cette location. Rien à redire : l'accueil, la propreté, les équipements, le style et les petites attentions de la propriétaire étaient parfaits. Magnifique gite, rénové avec gout et bien équipé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille en cette fin Avril. Accueil et départ très sympathiques, les propriétaires sont à coté et disponibles si besoin mais pas de vis a vis. Le linge fourni est un vrai plus pour limiter le volume de bagages, et tout l'équipement moderne est dispo lave/sèche linge, lave vaisselle, cafetiére + machine à dosettes, tv + choix de dvd et jeux de société, livres.... Située en campagne mais proche de belles plages de sables et d'autres de rochers, nombreuses visites au alentours (Roscoff, Morlaix, brest...) Un grand merci pour cette agréable semaine !!!

Superbe !

Le Ty Coz est superbe. Nous avons adoré y séjourner. Il est très bien équipé, rien ne manque, très fonctionnel, très joliment décoré et très chaleureux. Il est très bien situé. Nathalie et Hervé sont extrêmement gentils et accueillants. Nous y reviendrons dès que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir dans le coin c'est sûr.

Wohlfühloase in fantastischer Lage

Wir haben eine außergewöhnlich gute und erholsame Zeit in diesem wunderschön restaurierten Haus verbracht. Nathalie hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns ebenso mit diversen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Das Haus war blitzsauber und ist perfekt und gemütlich ausgestattet, so dass wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die ruhige und gleichzeitig zentrale Lage für Ausflüge zu den traumhaften Stränden und in die bezaubernde Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank nochmals Nathalie!

Unser schönster Urlaub

Zwei Wochen durften wir in einem absolut charmanten und liebevoll eingerichteten Feriendomizil verweilen. Alles war sauber, alles war da und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl. Dazu beigetragen hat auch die Freundlichkeit und Zugewandheit von Nathalie. Neben dem kulinarischen Gruß zu Beginn gab es auch noch Aufmerksamkeiten in Form von tollem selbst gezogenem Gemüse. Nathalie war bei allen Fragen und Wünschen stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Das Wetter war auch noch hervorragend sowie die nähere und weitere fantastische Umgebung. Wir würden ohne weiteres sofort wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße und nochmals vielen lieben Dank. M+P

Wie ein zweites Zuhause

Wir haben uns von ersten Augenblick wohl gefühlt in dem Haus, und denken noch jetzt mit Wehmut daran zurück. Nathalie hat uns sehr nett empfangen, und ist eine sympathische Gastgeberin, nicht nur wegen dem Kuchen 😉 Das Haus ist neu renoviert, sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und komplett. Es fehlt an nichts, es sind z.B. 2 Kaffeemaschinen vorhanden. Wir haben uns jeden Abend nach den Ausflügen auf das Haus gefreut, und vor allem an heißen Tagen die Kühle der dicken Mauern geschätzt. Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön und hell, und wirhaben wunderbar geschlafen. Parken ist direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Die Lage ist außerhalb Sibiril, in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Supermarkt mit Tankstelle ist in 10min erreichbar. Die Bretagne ist wunderschön zum Wandern, und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Marion und Robert.

Des vacances reposantes dans un gîte parfait!

Accueil très chaleureux et familial, très belle maison de vacances spacieuse, aménagée avec goût et qualité, très calme. Bien situé par rapport aux plages top de la région. Superbe paysage avec de bonnes possibilités de randonnées. Sibiril est un bon point de départ pour explorer les localités environnantes. Encadrement très agréable et amical par les propriétaires.
