Relaxen in heller Wohnung in guter Lage

Große Wohnung mit guter Raumaufteilung. Toilette und Dusche getrennt vom Badezimmer. Besonders gut gefiel uns, dass der große Balkon nicht nur vom Wohnzimmer sondern auch vom Schlafzimmer begehbar ist. Der Balkon ist zum Süden d.h. zum Meer ausgerichtet. Große Fenster sorgen für viel Licht in den Räumen. Vom Balkon aus kann man zwischen Palmen und Häusern da Meer ein wenig blitzen sehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet, ca. 200 m zum Strand, zum Hafen, zum Supermarkt und anderen Geschäften. Zahlreiche gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist per whatsapp oder Telefon sehr gut erreichbar. Für den PKW ist ein reservierter und eingezäunter Parkplatz mit elektrischem Tor vorhanden.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und super gelegen. Bis zum Stand sind ca. 100 m, es gibt eine Bäckerei und einen Supermarkt (Casino) ganz in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt, wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Ein großer Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen eigenen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz - das erspart viel Zeit bei der Suche nach einem Parkplatz in Fréjus, insbesondere zur Urlaubszeit. Eine schnelle Internetverbindung (WLAN, Wi-Fi) gibt es auch- das war ein sehr wichtiges Kriterium für unsere Kinder :-) Der Vermieter -Herr Clement- ist nett und hilfsbereit, mit dem Kontakt und der Kommunikation hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

An excellent roomy and airy apartment in a quiet location but close to all amenities.

We stayed for three weeks in June 2018 and although there were only two of us we enjoyed the spacious accommodation and found the apartment to be very well equipped and in a very good location very close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. M. Clement was very good to deal with and we have already provisionally booked again for next year.

Location Idéale

Très bel appartement, conforme aux photos et à la description présentées dans l'annonce : propre et bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé près des commerces et de la plage : tout peut se faire à pieds, ce qui est fort agréable dans ce lieu très touristique. Grand appartement parfaitement situé

Magnifique appartement, très fonctionnel, tel que présenté dans l'annonce et situé près des commerces et de la plage. Le propriétaire, au demeurant fort sympathique, est très dévoué, il a même trouvé un 3e emplacement de parking. Nous avions demandé de quitter le dimanche au lieu du samedi, et cela n'a posé aucun problème ni supplément de location. Nous reviendrons certainement. A conseiller certainement.

A successful holiday!

A Very large and bright apartment , centrally but in a quiet location . Mr. Clement has really tried very good to us , I recommend the apartment definitely on! Frejus / St. Raphael is a very nice place , both day and night ! I thank you again for the welcome !

Location de qualité

Très bel appartement, fonctionnel et idéalement situé (proche des commerces, à 200 mètres de la plage et à 5 minutes de Port-Fréjus. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très sérieux (suite à l'oubli d'un téléphone portable lors de notre départ, le propriétaire a procédé à l'envoi rapide du téléphone). Je vous conseille vivement cette location.

Sans surprise , fidèle au descriptif.Appartement très bien entretenu et très propre et calme.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement . Le propriétaire est très impliqué dans le bon déroulement du séjour(jusqu'aux oreillers changés au début du séjour !) . L'appartement est vraiment comme sur les photos. Nous avons avec nos quatre enfants , passé un agréable séjour grâce à la fois au logement( propre, calme , et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et dormir en confort ) et aussi à sa proximité de tout(plage, commerce ,port , restaurants etc...)Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de notre véhicule sauf pour les visites (St Tropez , Les adrets, Monaco ...)Bref un séjour inoubliable , en partie grâce au logement et son propriétaire . Nous le recommandons vivement. Et nous gardons très précieusement cette adresse ainsi que le numéro de téléphone du propriétaire .

Great appartment, great location

Great location and nice appartment! The appartment is located in a quiet street but very close the Beach, restaurants, bakery, super market (big Casino) Frejus Port ++ The appartment was clean and has a good standard. The kitchen is well equipped. The wifi is good and stabile and you've got your own private parking. We stayed here in september 2015 and returned in june 2016 cause we liked it so much. Mr Clement is very nice and a serious landlord.

Ottimo appartamento, esattamente come descritto. Il sig. Clement è stato un ospite eccellente. unico punto di miglioramento sono le dotazioni della cucina (posate e stoviglie) che, sebbene in numero adeguato alle esigenze, dovrebbero essere in alcuni elementi, rinnovate. Sicuramente abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno a Fréjus.

nice apartment near the beach

We were impressed by the place of our apartment, near the beach that is just a few minutes of walk away. The apartment is spacy, all of rooms are nicely decorated, very clean, with big terrace, where you can eat or just relax. The place is quiet although not far from the beach, around the apartment is a lot of greenery that makes your mood romantic. We spent in apartment a week and if it were possible, we would stay longer. We highly recommend this accommodation also for the approach of the owner, Mr. Alain Clement that is very nice man, after returning home we still have positive feelings from the meeting with him. Overall, the stay in the apartment was worth the money we spent there and if you would like to spend some nice holiday in French Riviera, you won't regret. Our previous places of summer holiday were in Cannes, Juan-les-Pins, also in nice apartments, but for us Frejus and nearby Saint-Raphael are just more beautiful.

bel appartement pour un bon séjour

La location correspond très bien à la description faite par le propriétaire. Sa situation est exacte par rapport à l'annonce ( la mer nous semble plus près qu'annoncé et très facile d'accès, il en va de même pour les commerces). Appartement propre, lumineux, très complet aussi bien en cuisine que pour les sdb, et les pièces à vivre. C'est une location à recommander sans hésiter. Nous avons aimé le restaurant : "Le Provencal" qui se trouve sur le port à 200m de la location. Très bonne table, cuisine "maison" avec des produits frais, on sent dans les plats ainsi que dans le service, l'amour du métier et l'envie de faire plaisir au client. Surtout réserver !!!

Bel appartement à recommander

Très bel appartement, spacieux (ce que nous apprécions énormément en vacances) et entièrement refait récemment. L'équipement disponible est vraiment complet et de fourniture récente (de la wifi à la télé en passant par l'électroménager, de la cuisine et l’ameublement). Les indications concernant l'appartement et l’environnement dans le descriptif sont justes et précises. La copropriété est au calme et le parking est sécurisé. Le propriétaire est vraiment soucieux du bien être de ses locataires (échanges emails, SMS pour savoir si tout est OK, documentation touristiques,...) La fourniture du linge de toilette est vraiment un plus appréciable. Une location vraiment recommandable, parmi les meilleures que nous ayons eues. Bel appartement à recommander

Appartement bien aménagé, bien situé et calme

Bel appartement refait à neuf, situé très près de tous les commerces et plages. La voiture peut-être oubliée au parking (sécurisé). Et nous sommes, malgré tout, très au calme. Appartement bien entretenu avec linge de maison (draps de lits et serviettes de bain) à disposition. Beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine ainsi que de vaisselle. Vraiment très bien.

Au centre et spacieux.

L’appartement est située très près de la mère et le marché. Si on veut on peut tout faire à pied. L’appartement est très spacieux et il est bien équipé avec les ustensiles qu’on a besoin. L’arrivé et le départ était facile parce qu’il était bien organisé du propriétaire et la femme d’accueil.

Grand Appartement à Fréjus Plage

Propriétaire très sympathique, gentil, serviable et sérieux qui a le soucis de satisfaire au mieux ces locataires. Très Bon accueil. Très bel appartement refait entièrement à neuf, très lumineux, très bien équipé, rien ne manque. Une belle superficie, avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, un bien très rare au bord de mer. Bien meublé. Environnement très agréable au milieu de la pinède, au calme mais cependant à deux pas de la mer et des commerces, du Port Fréjus, un casino à proximité très pratique. Pas besoin de voiture, tout peut se faire à pied. Voisinage discret et non bruyant. Parking extérieur sécurisé. Je le recommande vivement et y reviendrais avec grand plaisir. Famille T

Satisfaite

Appartement très bien placé, agréable, spacieux, lumineux. Refait à neuf avec goût, vaisselle abondante et variée, il manquait juste une boule à thé, c'est réparé !!! Possibilité de garer 2 voitures sans problème. A recommander.
