T2 cabin in ground garden furnished to nine (reversible air conditioning + WiFi). Residence with Caribbean architecture conducive to change of scenery.
Terrace of 24 m2 including 12 m2 covered terrace south so very sunny and very pleasant in the spring and autumn which allows you to have dinner outside until November.
Community swimming pool open from early May to October 15 (0.80 m to 1.60 m).

Numbered private parking in closed residence with badge.
Support for 2 private bicycles in front of the apartment.

200 m from Rochelongue beach.
200 m from the shops (80 shops) open from Easter to All Saints' Day (restaurant, bar PMU, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, caterer, casino, fishmonger, bakery, press, hairdresser, cellar, mini-market, jewelery, clothing shop, swimwear, souvenirs, rental of rosalies and bicycles).
Market on Monday in season.

Hesperid 90x90 Extendable Terrace and 4 Hespéride Chairs + 3 Folding Side Chairs.
2 chiliennes for outside. Barbecue cabinet with new Lagrange semi-professional electric plancha and 1-burner induction hob to enjoy a maximum of outdoor living. (The whole thing is new)

CAUTION requested on arrival (1000 euros) returned at departure if everything is correct.

No smoking inside the apartment.

Dogs welcome AFTER AGREEMENT.

The apartment must be made clean as you found it.

Wir wurden sehr nett Empfangen. Die Wohnungen ist mit allem Eingerichtet was man brauch. Alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Uns hat vor allem die große überdachte Terasse gefallen. Der sehr schöne Strand ist zu Fuss in 5 min zu erreichen. Auch zum Baguette holen brauch man höchsten 5.min.Ein kleiner Sparmarkt befindet sich direkt neben dem Bäcker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

We hadden een zeer fijne week op het appartement in Agde. De airco was zeker een pluspunt met temperaturen boven de 30 graden. We hadden niets te kort!

Très bel appartement

Appartement TRÈS fonctionnel et très bien placé. Plage et commerces de proximité à 5 minutes. Place de stationnement face à la porte d'entrée, un vrai plus. Le logement est plus que complet avec absolument tout ce qu'il faut !!! Nous étions 4 et manque juste quelques mètres carrés pour être au top du top ! 😁 Je recommande vivement

Un p'tit nid douillet !

Un appartement joliemant décoré, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une semaine agréable. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés, et Michel, qui nous reçoit est charmant et tès prévenant. Une télé dans le salon, une dans la chambre des parents, avec une tablette et un ordinateur, tout le monde a pu regarder le soir, ce qu'il désirait. Tout le matériel mis à notre disposition est de très bonne qualité. Le grand ventilateur du lustre, nous permettait de laisser la fenêtre ouverte au frias, et la clim prenait le relais, lorsque la chaleur était trop forte, la fenêtre fermée naturellement...... Le plus ultra est la plus que proximité de la piscine. Je pouvais voir mes petits enfants de la terrasse..... Je vous conseille fortement de retenir cette location, si vous désirer venir à Rochelongue (quartier d'Agde)......

Super Lage

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Anlage verbracht. Die Lage ist toll. Pool direkt davor. Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Die Jachthäfen sind ca 45 Minuten zu Fuß oder on ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne schattige Terrasse. Sie ist aber schon sehr klein. Unsere Tochter ist 18. das passt nicht so. Aber für 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder ist es ausreichend.

Schmuckes Appartement

Wir haben es sehr genossen, klein aber fein. Modern eingerichtet, modernste Technik, einfach zu bedienen. Und wenn wir was nicht wussten, haben wir den Hausmeister, der in der Anlage wohnt, gefragt. ALLES SEHR SCHÖN UND GUT! Übrigens: Strände sind max. 8Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Also Rucksack packen und leichte Liege mitnehmen, das klappt auch noch für rüstige ältere Leutchen.

Un excellent séjour

L'appartement est toujours aussi agréable et fonctionnel. La nouvelle décoration de la terrasse est superbe. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la plage et des commodités. Le logement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. La terrasse est grande et nous permet d'être toujours dehors. La piscine est très belle et bien entretenue. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances idéales.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in eine Tolle Anlage

Es war alles da, was man benötigt hat. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Wie haben die Terasse und den Pool sehr genossen. Der weg zum Strand betrug höchstens 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Bon Séjour sous le soleil

Appartement dans résidence tranquille, piscine a 10 metres et grande plage a 300 metres. tout est présent dans l'appartement (TV, internet, clim, ...). Attention quand meme aux "gros" gabarits, la douche est peut etre un peu juste. Semaine sans probleme avec une place de stationnement reservée devant la porte de l'appartement.

Location parfaite !!

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette location qui est tout simplement superbe. Tout est de qualité, la literie, les appareils ménagers, les télés...Il ne manque rien. La location est petite mais très bien aménagée et très fonctionnelle. Sa terrasse est un véritable plus pour profiter de l'extérieur. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et permet de passer de bonnes nuits au frais. La résidence est très familiale et très calme. A proximité de tout, la voiture peut rester au parking sauf pour l'hyper U qui est à environ 08 minutes. Bref, une excellente location que vous pouvez louer sans hésiter. Les propriètaires sont toujours joignables et très sympathiques.

Location parfaite !!

C'est de loin la meilleure location que nous avons réservé au Cap d'agde depuis nos 10 dernières années. Tout est parfait. L'emplacement, à 3 minutes de l'allée commerçante de Rochelongue et à 5 minutes de la plage. Le logement est très bien équipé et tout est bien agencé. Tout a été pensé pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Le mobilier, l'équipement...tout est de qualité. La literie est très bonne. La terrasse est un vrai atout. Elle est spacieuse et très bien équipée aussi. Il y a des rideaux pour s'isoler un peu plus ou se protéger du soleil. La piscine est très belle et face à la terrasse. Les palmiers donnent du cachet à la résidence. Les propriétaires ainsi que le couple qui s'occupe de l'accueil sont très sympathiques et toujours disponibles. Bref, nous reviendrons dans cette location lors de notre prochain séjour au cap sans hésiter. Nous avons trouvé la perle rare. Enfin une location de qualité où l'on se sent bien.
