Stunning 2bed Apartment, fully furnished and professionally decorated. This bright and modern unit will make your stay feel like home. Convenient commute to NYC (only 20 minutes). Bus stop walking distance, safe area with stores and restaurants nearby.

• We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing small load, $3.50 big and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Excellent accommodation

Fabulous position, bus to/from NYC literally at the door. Great apartment, fitted our family of 5 for a week beautifully. We walked all around the neighbourhood, great walk down to take the ferry. Supermarket 5min walk. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great apartment 20-30 min from NYC

Apartment is clean and in good shape, beds are quite good. Neighborhood is nice and quiet with a grocery store at walking distance and bus stop to NYC at the foot of the building. Transportation to NYC is not easy as you will need to juggle between New Jersey transit and NYC transit. (we used a mix of bus and Lyft/Uber) Still the difference of price compared to an apartment in NYC may worth it.

Very nice

It‘s a nice apartment. Everything you need is there. Maybe there could be a little more cutlery. Manhattan can be reached in 25 minutes by Bus M125. If we end up in New York again, this apartment would always be a good alternative. Thank you Claudia for making us smell like we live there. BR Frank

Great place to stay outside of the city

The hostess was prompt with their communication, everything was easy to understand and access. We paid for parking and everything with our car was safe and secure. The neighborhood was cute and quiet, highly recommend the restaurant, Chofi Birria, it was just a couple blocks away. We were able to walk to the grocery store down the road to grab food for breakfast every morning. The kitchen is a little sparse on the cooking utensils. But we made pretty basic things for breakfast, so it wasn't too big of a deal. The beds were comfortable enough for a rental. The listing does say that it sleeps 6, two people can sleep on the couch which converts to a bed, however, there were no pillows or blankets for that couch/bed. There are decorative throw pillows, but no one wants to sleep with that. So I would suggest to the host to get specific bedding for that pullout couch/bed. The bus system took us a minute to understand, but it was very convenient once we got it down. A bus stop right in front of the rental made traveling into the city much easier! Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit New York and stay outside of the city!!

Pleasant stay in North Bergen (NJ)

We had a great stay in this apartment in New Jersey. The check in procedure is efficient but a bit impersonal. The apartment was mostly very clean (some hairs in bathroom) and well maintained. It’s nicely decorated with enough living space. The beds are OK although for me (6ft 3’) a bit on the short side. Only one of the bedrooms has AC and I took the short straw so I had a pretty warm room during the night. The kitchen is very nice with all the utensils you need. You have a television with on demand channels and there is reasonable fast WiFi. The WiFi signal is a little bit weak and in the bedrooms you have nearly no reception. A WiFi repeater could help to solve this problem. One downside of the apartment is maybe the public transport. There is a bus 125 what goes to the Port Authority bus terminal in New York. The schedule however was during our week a mystery. Sometimes it came but sometimes it didn’t. Very strange! The return goes better though. We tried an Uber taxi once but a single trip cost you around $30,- because you have to go through a tunnel with a $15,- fee. But if you have your own car this all is not a problem. Overall we loved our stay and recommend this apartment. Peter and Mark (NL)
