Three bedroom two bath custom home. Interior custom finishes. A large fenced back yard. Spacious kitchen with high ceilings throughout the house. Keypad door entry (easy check in), with a complete alarm system. Attached two car garage. Outside patio for nice barbecue evenings. One queen size bed in each room.

Centrally located just a few blocks off of 62/180 Thirty minutes to the Caverns.

All amenities included - all you need is your suitcase.

Washer and dryer are on site. Coffee nook is provided. Weekly maid service, yard service is provided.

Perfect home base

Shaelynn’s home was clean and cozy and provided the perfect home base for visiting the nearby Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks as well as the Sitting Bull Falls. It was also great to return to the home after a day trip to White Sands National Park. Shaelynn was also a wonderful host, kindly answering many questions for me. Thanks so much!

Birthday getaway

We were celebrating two birthdays and this was the perfect base location to visit Carlsbad Caverns and Sitting Bull Falls. Enjoyed the celebration with local chips/salsa and wine!

Awesome Hiking Base

My two sons and I met here from Colorado and South Texas to hike McKittrick Canyon and Guadalupe Peak over the Thanksgiving weekend. We are so glad we chose this place. The house was very nicely decorated, was very comfortable, and the amenities were outstanding! There were spices and non-perishables available for us as well as several types of coffee, creamers, and some wine! There were shampoos, lotions and bath gels! We were amazed by these folks hospitality. The only thing we had trouble with was grilling our steaks. We could not find a grill anywhere, so we just went to Lowe’s and got a small portable one. Thank you so much for providing us with a great place to relax after our long, but beautiful hikes. Hope we get to come again.

Home Base for Outdoor Exploration

This comfortable home in a perfect location had all the amenities we could ask for. After a long day of hiking it was a great place to come back to and relax! The owners took great care of us, and we highly recommend renting this property!

Just like being at home!!

More then enough room for 2 adults and with permission our 2 dogs. The backyard was great with concrete walls so the dogs were secure and we could hang out for hours!! Dishwasher is supper quiet so you can run it while your home. No problems with the WiFi thru our whole stay💞

Nice Vacation Home

This is a nice little home in a quiet neighborhood. Many features have recently been upgraded and the home is quite cozy. The owner was very easy to work with and friendly. On any minor issues they were quick to respond and take care of them. Overall it was a nice comfortable place to stay. I would do it again.
