3,500 sq. ft. estate, recently renovated and refurbished. Every amenity set on a landscaped acre. Beach is a 5 min drive. Walk to town. 5 bedrooms, 4 baths. Media room. Huge modern kitchen. Central air, cable TV, WiFi throughout inside and out around pool, tennis court etc.. Good cellular service at this location. Heated full sized gunite swimming pool, HarTru Tennis court. Great pool side patio for outdoor dining. Circular front driveway and a rear service driveway. Dining room has a 20 ft. ceiling and seats 20 around the antique wood table. Skylights throughout. Location in Westhampton is easy and quick to get to. RR and Jitney are a 5 minute drive.
