There is so much to do here, amazing surf spot for beginner to advanced, wide open spaces for swimming, long romantic walks, boogie boarding, sand castle building, beach bonfires and s'more! This is a great opportunity to get your toes in the sand. 180 degree views with direct beach access. The ocean mist can grace you in the morning and the gentle soothing ocean sounds can lull you to sleep. Watch the surfers and sunsets all from your balcony!

Please note that this home is located 20 minutes from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.

This property is located just 40 Min from the Monterey Bay Aquarium and 20 Min to the best whale watching sites along Monterey Bay (Moss Landing).

Beautiful Ocean Views and Comfortable Stay!

We had an incredible time at this property! The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking—nothing beats waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony while soaking in the scenery. The space was very comfortable, with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The living area was cozy, and the bedrooms fit our family needs, ensuring we had a restful stay.The property owner was fantastic to communicate with. They were always quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking ocean views and a welcoming atmosphere.

No Heat

The heating system didn't work and we were cold the entire time we were there. We contacted the property manager several times to try to get the problem fixed. We finally left early and didn't stay our second night. It was terrible. We would like a refund!!

This house will take your breath away from the moment that you walk in and see the ocean through the glass doors. We had so much fun and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful house with ocean views and lulling sound of crashing waves

My family was delighted with the choice of this property with a great ocean view and the beach just past the deck rails. The house was fully equipped, including washer & dryer and ping pong table. (We left some extra balls for the next guest.) There are three flights of stairs and it's the bottom floor that has the beach access from the house, so it could be an impediment for the mobility impaired. And if you don't access from the house, it's a bit of a hike to the public access. We loved it!

Right on the beach!

Very few properties are literally on the coast. This one is a classic beach experience, literally steps away from an expansive, beautiful Manresa beach. Very well appointed great style and the roar of the ocean to lull you to sleep

Gorgeous, breezy, beautiful

From the moment we opened the door to the two breezy bedrooms at the top of the stair, we fell in love with this place. The location is quiet (except for the omnipresent sea crashing that lulled us to sleep at night) but well located, a short drive from everything we wanted to do- sea otters at Point Lobos, fishing charter in Santa Cruz, beach walking straight from the home, and several state parks for hiking. The kitchen was well appointed and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again. Even my 15 year old son expressed sadness to leave our home on the beach. Thank you for offering such a lovely spot.

Perfect family get away where the ocean sound never gets old. Beautiful sunsets and the views are better in person. Straight forward check in process. Clean home and nice appliances. Would love to visit this home again.

Great weekend getaway spot

We had a great time at this property! The views are incredible and the place is furnished well. Very comfortable for a family of 4, easy beach access. We enjoyed coffee beach walks in the morning and happy hour on the deck. We will definitely return and will bring sand toys with us next time.

It’s a beautiful condo but kitchen is way too small. The ping pong table area is very small and not as fun as the photo appears. I took my daughter and her two friends so was very disappointed there weren’t any beach toys nor boogies boards nor chairs. I had to rent boards at an additional cost. I’ve stayed at other condos in this complex (6 times) and this was the first without toys so was surprised. The price of these condos have gone up substantially and thus, though this condo was in excellent condition, the overall experience and bargain was just average.
