Perfect place to stay. Was initially worried about size being with a group of guys but it was more than enough room! House was very clean and well put together
Lovely cabin near downtown everything about the inside of the cabin was just great and clean wish that can be also reflect on the back yard and around the cabin but other that ..great place to enjoy with family
Had a very nice holiday weekend at this cabin. All was as advertised; clean, easy check-in, good communication with host. Nice, relaxing weekend getaway.
Spent the weekend in this home and was as advertised. House is well decorated and enough space for an extended family. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location is great - an easy on/off from 87 and easy drive into Lake George Village.
The house was was beautifully decorated and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. We just enjoyed sitting and taking in the charm & decor. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, everything we needed was there, and we had plenty of space for a large family get together. The host was beyond accommodating and quick to reply to questions. I would highly recommend the property and will absolutely return.
The kitchen is located in the center of the house and open to the two dining areas, so if you’re cooking you are still a part of everything. The large island made it way to serve appetizers. We went in late fall and there was already snow on the ground! So bring your snow boots!
The owner was extremely responsive during the entire process.

Need some minor improvement
It is on a quiet street and close to Lake George and the places we like to go.
I had to call the owner to find out how to get into the house. The garbage can was full when we arrived and we had to call the owner to empty it.
lack of kitchen equipment (no knife, only stake knife), peeler, etc.
The water pressure is too small that it is hard to take shower.
overall, we like the place. It would be a lovely place to stay if above issues are fixed.

The house itself is nice, decorated nicely, has a good layout and all that. It was difficult to tell online when we booked what the room situation was, there are 2 rooms with bunkbeds, which worked out fine for us, but would be good to have that information ahead of stay. We also never received details prior to the stay on how to get into the house or any additional information until I called the owner myself. There are also no instructions on how to leave the house at the end of the stay.
The major issue that we had was the cleanliness and the mice. There was mold on the shower curtain and everything was dusty. There were mice droppings in the cabinets in the kitchen and then every mornings we had to clean more mice droppings off the floor, which is bad enough, but worse when traveling with toddlers that are playing on those floors.
Overall, if they were able to clean up the house (and keep it clean) and get rid of the mice, it would be a great place, however in the current condition it should not be rented.
The house was great, we had plenty of room for 7 children and 4 adults. It was decorated nicely and it was a good setup for our family. Plenty of air conditioners throughout.
Unfortunately the pool was not as advertised. The water was clean but there was green algae on the bottom and the sides. We did not let the children use it. This was a big part of our decision to rent this place so needless to say we were disappointed and annoyed. The deck was large but all the furniture was old, a bit rusty and all the cushions were uncomfortably dirty. We did not use the deck either. We had a problem starting the grill and as it turned out there was no gas in the container. It's a good thing we cooked mostly indoors. On our last night we were cooking dinner in the kitchen and the stove shut off triggering a breaker in the house. We had to flip the breaker multiple times because the stove would just stop working.
The location to Lake George was an easy ride, maybe 10 minutes which was a plus for us. It's unfortunate the pool and backyard area was less than desirable because we would have taken the house again next year.
This was a great location for what my group was looking for. There was plenty of space inside for hanging out while it was raining and outside to play yard games.

Not worth money.
Not a clean property.
Pool was dirty. Couldn’t use it for first 2 out of 3 days.
Hot tub was not working for 1st day. Would stop working in between.
Completely opposite to website description.
They give you 2 tp rolls for group of upto 15 people no matter length of stay.
Limited utensils.
Non stick coating is almost gone.
There is no salt, sugar or oil.
Towels are old.
Bathroom shower has very slow water flow, especially the master bedroom one.
Rooms are so tiny, there is only 1 room ( master) where you can put pack and play.
We would have liked to see less spiders, ants, and gnats for the price paid per night.
The cabin was cute and secluded, but close enough to attractions, if you want them (lake, Lake George village, etc). Enjoyed the pool very much. Was lacking in very little, grilling utensils were needed but we made due.
Would consider staying here again!
We stayed in the house with a large group of girls and it was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The house is close to Lake George which was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of parking at the house. It was a hot weekend so the pool was a bonus. We hung out on the back deck as well. The neighbor is a little iffy but honestly the house is secluded enough that it’s totally fine. Taxi’s to Lake George were $30 for a van which was reasonable. Highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a deal outside of Lake George
