Cet appartement est en bon état et agréable pour y séjourner. Il dispose de beaucoup d'accessoires. Le propriétaire est réactif dans ses réponses, ce qui est très appréciable. Dans les points à savoir : pas de lave-vaisselle, ni de lave-linge. L'appartement n'est pas bien insonorisé et il n'y a plus d'accueil du propriétaire mais juste une remise des clés

Petit studio agréable, avec vue sur mer.

Le studio est propre, bien équipé, au 1er étage ensoleillé d'une résidence située à l'extrémité de la grande plage du Diamant, à quelques dizaines de mètres de celle-ci, sans route à traverser. Le studio n'est pas grand mais tout à fait satisfaisant pour une personne seule (mon cas) ou pour un couple. Il y a de quoi coucher aussi deux enfants mais ça doit faire juste. La résidence est sécurisée (clôture, portail électrique), avec un grand parking intérieur et des pelouses. Les relations avec le loueur ont été parfaites : amabilité, ponctualité. L'environnement est calme. La plage est assez "sauvage", changeante d'un jour à l'autre, avec des vagues, parfois ventée, bordée d'une petite forêt côtière. Elle est appréciée des marcheurs qui la parcourent d'un bout à l'autre. Certains jours, des algues peuvent s'y donner rendez-vous mais les plages des Anses d'Arlet, situées à proximité, en sont indemnes. En conclusion, je recommande cette location dont le rapport qualité/prix est très bon.

Séjour de Rêve face à la mer sublime

Super propre, agréablement 😲surpris par l'accueil le propriétaire Super sympa à notre écoute pour faire de notre séjour un séjour de Rêve, attention ⚠ faut impérativement une voiture 🚗. Pour faire les courses, on a beaucoup apprécié ce séjour Grand, MERCI à Philippe le propriétaire pour ces adorables attentions.

Quelques messages échangés avant la réservation, les réponses qui nous ont été donnés etaient au top. A l'arrivée Philippe nous attendait, découverte de l'appartement, génial, propre rénové il y a peu, bien placé face à la mer. Idéal pour un couplé et 2 enfants. La climatisation était déjà mise du coup au top l'arrivée. Une corbeille de fruits (melon et ananas) et une bouteille de rhum nous attendait patiemment. Merci beaucoup. On a hâte de revenir Emilie et jeremy

Séjour au Diamant

Séjour parfait ! La résidence est sécurisée et bien placé, proche du marché est à deux pas de la grande plage du diamant. Il y a des habitants à l'année qui sont accueillant et très gentil. Le studio est fonctionnel , propre , la clim marche très bien (Heureusement ^^) . Nous sommes super content de notre séjour merci encore à Philippe qui nous as très bien accueillis.
