Little Home
Heart of town and calm, facing the river and its tides, my "little house" has just been completely renovated.
You will be completely independent (house and enclosed garden perfect for your dog) but I could welcome you and guide you because I live in the immediate vicinity.
You will enjoy directly the shops, restaurants and the imposing Thursday market and stroll on the Côte de Granit Rose 15 minutes max. to discover Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h, Trébeurden, Trégastel ... The walkers will go on the beaches of Beg-Léguer after walking along the towpath starting directly on foot from the house. River or sea kayakers will be able to improve on the water stadium located in town or enjoy the Leguer from the house to its mouth.
If the weather is less beautiful, children and parents will discover the Radome Park (THE PLANETARIUM, THE VILLAGE GAULOIS, TELECOM MUSEUM.), The castle of Tonquédec, the chapels and manors of Trégor. You can enjoy together cultural spaces, as in Lannion: IMAGING (permanent photographic center) besides THE CARRE MAGIQUE and its programming that I hold at your disposal, but also the cinema in 3 minutes on foot.

Belle pause printanière à Lannion

Logement bien aménagé avec tous les équipements nécessaires, accueil très sympathique et échanges toujours réactifs avec les propriétaires. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal à la fois pour visiter la Côte de Granit Rose et pour accéder aux commerces de Lannion. Calme et très bien entretenu, le jardin est absolument fabuleux.

Endroit très agréable situé en plein centre ville avec un très joli jardin. L hôte est très sympathique et nous a indiqué tous les endroits dignes d intérêt plus des conseils avisés sur des adresses de restaurant Séjour super agréable. Il ne manque rien dans l appartement. Situation idéale

La petite maison est située idéalement au centre de Lannion, proche de tous commerces et restaurants. Elle permet aussi de visiter aisément la région (mer, randos, villages, ...), sans devoir faire de longs déplacements. Les conseils de Anne dans ce domaine sont très appréciables. L'agencement des pièces est bien pensé et la véranda ainsi que le jardin ajoutent beaucoup de charme. Bref, la maison nous a beaucoup plu. Toutefois, si un point devait être relevé, c'est son confort qui est bon mais qui pourrait être un peu amélioré (lit double très étroit, canapé-lit un peu vieux, équipement de la cuisine un peu disparate).

Beautiful small house in Lannion

Fully equipped and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom house on the riverfront. The garden is a peaceful haven for dining or lounging. Free parking is available on the opposite side of the road except on market days. Unrestricted 1800 to 0800, then max 1.5 hours. Other car parks very near. Bars and restaurants close by. Only downside was the double bed is very soft.

Oktober in Lannion

Wir d.h. 2 Erwachsene und 1 Hund haben 10 Tage Anfang Oktober in Lannion verbracht. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail voll ausgestattet.Es erstreckt sich über 3Etagen. Eignet sich hervorragend für 3 maximal 4 Personen und einem KLEINEN Hund, da dieser die Treppe in den ersten Stock hinaufgetragen werden muss! Somit auch nicht für Menschen mit Behinderung! Geschäfte, Bäcker, Restaurants alles fussläufig erreichbar. Achtung: Anfang bis Mitte Oktober haben viele Betriebsferien ! Wir hatten hiermit etwas Pech. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer der Hauptdurchfahrtstrassen von Lannion; zwar mit Blick auf den Fluss aber trotzdem laut und auch sehr Abgasgeruchsintensiv. Ab Lannion kann man direkt zu einigen wunderschönen Wanderrundwegen starten. Fazit: ein zwar von der Lage her nicht optimales Haus ( Straße); jedoch trotzdem wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt zu allen möglichen Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Die Mitnahme eines kleinen Hundes war in der Anzeige vermerkt, haben wir leider überlesen. Es hat letztendlich auch mit unserem Collie geklappt.

Charmante maison bel étage

Tout est conforme à l'annonce. La maison est full équipée, décorée avec goût et confortable. Le séjour et la cuisine donnent sur les quais avec parkings gratuits en continu à 5 minutes à pieds. L'arrière donne sur un magnifique jardin avec un confortable jardin d'hiver qui donne sur celui ci. Tout est directement accessible à pied... Bars, restos, parc, magasins alimentaires, shopping ... L'accueil et les bons conseils d'Anne sont vraiment appréciables. Tout était top ! Location à ajouter ds la liste coup de cœur.

Situation parfaite pour visiter la Côte de Granit Rose

La localisation est parfaite pour visiter la Côte de Granit Rose et les environs. La maison est ancienne mais elle a beaucoup de charme et elle est joliment décorée. Cependant le coup de coeur pour nous, se trouve de l’autre côté de la véranda : le jardin est magnifique, apaisant et arboré ! Merci également à la propriétaire pour ses conseils sur les choses à visiter. Nous recommandons !

Hübsche Wohnung in lebenswerter Stadt

Die Wohnung mit Garten hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitten in der Stadt, das morgendliche Baguette ein paar Schritte in der Altstadt zu finden. Die Markthalle gleich um die Ecke. Lannion hat ein gute Lage, um die Côte de Granit rose (Wanderungen und hübsche Orte) entdecken zu können.

La magie d’un jardin en ville

Nous avons retrouvé tous les éléments de l’annonce, il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter chaque jour de la terrasse et du jardin qui est le joyau de la maison. Seul bémol, le bruit assez présent en début de nuit malgré le double vitrage mis en place. Nous remercions la propriétaire pour son accueil et les diverses petites attentions bien agréables. Véronique et Maurice D

Excellent séjour

Très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison, très propre, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et où rien de manque. Dépaysement complet dans le magnifique jardin qui est très calme et qui nous fait oublier que la maison est en ville. La situation de la maison en centre ville permet l'accès facile et rapide à toutes les commodités. Grand parking face à la maison. Propriétaire très réactif et aux conseils précieux. De délicates et délicieuses attentions à notre arrivée. Tout était réuni pour un excellent séjour. Adresse à garder et à recommander !!!

Idylle im Stadtzentrum

Erstaunlich, dass es das zusammen gibt: die Lage mitten im Zentrum und eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem paradiesischen Wintergarten und Garten, völlig abgeschirmt vom Verkehrslärm vor dem Haus. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet bis hin zu Fön, Senseo-Maschine + normale Kaffeemaschine und einem Gasgrill. Anne ist eine sehr fürsorgliche und nette Gastgeberin. Etwas Französisch-Kenntnisse sind allerdings für den Gast zu empfehlen, da Anne kaum Englisch spricht.

Au top!

Location très bien située et très agréable .Les animaux sont les bienvenus .... ils ont pu tout comme nous profiter du superbe jardin. L hôte est très sympathique et arrangeante. De jolies attentions à notre arrivée dans la maison( gâteaux, eau fraîche, cidre, caramels). Location à retenir pour un éventuel futur voyage. Amandine, Mickael et Erwann.
