BEHIND THE GATES! Southern Hospitality at its finest! Spacious 2-story, 5 bedroom/5.5 baths with bonus room on cul-de-sac lot in Gated Community. Convection double ovens, gas stove top, and a microwave with convection baking capabilities. Two over-sized refrigerators with additional stand alone ice maker. All rooms will have HD Smart televisions with access to all Golf Channels. The house has wireless Wi-fi and 24-hour access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Direct TV channels.
All bedrooms have private bathrooms with walk-in closets, and 55" HDTV's. The Owner's Suite has garden tub, walk-in shower, and King-Sized Adjustable Memory Foam Bed. The other bedrooms have queen-sized memory foam beds.
Enjoy your coffee on the front or back porch of this home with the birds and azaleas in full bloom. Shopping and dining are a short golf cart ride or moderate walk for the fitness enthusiast. Kayaks are available for a day trip on the Savannah River. Access to Champion's Retreat for golf, dining, fitness center, drinks, and/or shopping are available upon request.

We are an active family who enjoys golf, kayaking, the beach, tennis, and horseback riding.
Why they chose this property
This property is nestled in a quiet gated neighborhood with 24-hour security. We have access to 27 holes of one of the most pristine golf courses. We can walk, bike, or drive our golf cart to the Golf Club, restaurants, grocery store, parks, pool, and schools.
