Enjoy a 75" TV in the great room that is surrounded by walls of mirrors, and windows that give views of historic downtown Newport. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and a large island for entertaining. The convenience of a washer, dryer and iron are available in the spacious bathroom.
The upstairs Suite is clean and comfortable, and just a stone's throw away from the second oldest bar in Washington state, Kelly's Bar & Grill. The beautiful Pend Oreille River is nearby with 56 miles of pristine waters. The area is a destination for boating, fishing, mountain biking, and hiking. There are three ski areas within an hour, and the Canadian border is just 60 miles north.

Great Getaway

The only suggestion I have would be to include a summary of local attractions and recommendations if good places to eat. The stairs could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Great Find

Happy o have found this rental ... too many in the extended family were staying at the family lake house and this apartment provided the perfect space to sleep and have some get away time. Good space and good location for lots of different local areas. Also great to have Kelly's Bar & Grille and Owen's Deli (ice cream fountain) within walking distance.

Feels Like the City in a Small Town

We came to Newport for a wedding close-by. The location of this loft is pretty perfect - right on the Main Street through Newport. There are cute shops and restaurants and we even were lucky enough to stumble on the Farmer's Market. You'd never know from the outside of the building how modern and open the loft would be. All amenities were provided. There were even k-cups for the Keurig! Lots of extra blankets and pillows, and clean puffy towels. If we ever have a reason to come back to Newport, we'd stay here in a heartbeat.

Couldn't ask for a better experience!

No bait and switch on this one! Walked into exactly what was advertised! Right in the middle of downtown Newport and is definitely a hidden gem! Had everything I could have asked for convenience wise, was exceptionally clean and even had a washer and dryer so I'm not traveling home with a big bag of dirty clothes. It was even surprisingly quiet. I had no issues either falling asleep or being woke up. Put this one on your list if you are looking for a quality place to stay in Newport!

Perfect place and location

Came into Newport for a family wedding and stayed at the Small Town Suites. Great location right in town with shopping and restaurants within walking. The place was modern, clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This is a hidden gem. It is walking distance to everything you need in town. It was nice to have washer/dryer and wifi amenities during our stay. We will be back again.
