Lovely, 2 level luxury home in the quiet and prestigious North End of Sunriver Resort has 3 bedrooms plus loft and 2 bathrooms. Features A/C, newly remodeled bathrooms, 4 decks, new private hot tub and new BBQ. The spacious master bedroom on the main floor has a vanity/sink and hot tub just outside.

Our lodge style home has a cedar ceiling soaring above the 2nd floor loft. The custom rock fireplace, new 42" flat screen Smart TV/DVD/CD system, cathedral windows, tasteful furnishings and decor make this a relaxing place to gather at the end of a fun-filled Sunriver day.

Our home is located in the heart of Sunriver in a beautiful setting with easy access to all Sunriver amenities and across the street from the 16th tee of the Woodlands Golf Course. The bike path conveniently located next to our home takes you to SHARC, the Deschutes River, Fort Rock Park, or the Woodlands Golf Course. Our home has four decks where you can enjoy the morning sun on the front deck under the Aspen trees and the afternoon sun on the upper and lower back decks.

We have a wood burning fireplace with ample wood for those cozy evenings, new hardwood floors in kitchen and dining area; new tile on kitchen counters. The house has a freshly painted exterior. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled with tile and new bath and lighting fixtures. The upstairs bath has a combination bath/shower and the downstairs bath has a tiled walk-in shower. The gas BBQ, patio furniture, and market umbrella are conveniently located on the deck off dining room. Five skylights keep the home very light and bright. The master suite on the main floor has a queen bed and additional vanity/sink with the hot tub just outside. The second master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, deck, TV/DVD. The third bedroom has two twin beds and deck. There is a queen hide-a-bed in the loft overlooking living room. Mt. Bachelor can be seen from the upstairs bedrooms.

Our landscaping includes grass in front yard and a natural backyard. We have a large two-car garage, 5 bikes, 2 sleds and 2 pair snowshoes for your use. Our lot is very private and deer often bed down in our back yard. Our Corn Hole Set can be enjoyed on the front lawn. Sorry, We Do Not Allow Pets or Smoking.

Long weekend getaway!

Carol was great to work with. She went above and beyond, contacting us prior to our stay offering to work with us if we wanted to cancel/reschedule our trip because she knew that a snowstorm had hit our town, and thought we might want to cancel/reschedule. House was clean, nice layout, well stocked, festively decorated and just what we needed to for a few days away. Will definitely stay again.

Great family home!

We stayed at this perfect home! So comfortable. Easy to get around. The front yard with grass was super fun so grandkids could come over and play. House is well stocked and so easy to use. Will stay again. Carol was easy to talk to and very flexible with times too.

July 2024 vacation

My wife, daughter and grandson stayed at this home in July 2024 during the great heatwave of 2024. Thank goodness this house had good air conditioning which kept the house very comfortable. The house is comfortable and conveniently located - walked to Fort Rock Park in about 1/2 hr. The availability of biked is nice. Very quiet at night.

Stayed over the weekend with some friends for a golf trip. Place was as described. Only thing I would suggest the home owner to do would be to update the lock to an electronic key lock.

Wonderful house

relaxing getaway cabin

very comfy house with all the necessary amenities. so convenient to have bikes and life vests there. the AC provided much needed relief and was worth every penny since the air quality was affected by wildfires during part of our stay. communication with Carol was prompt and easy. we had a great time.

Perfect Family Sunriver Vacation Home

We had such an amazing family vacation staying in this Sunriver home! Our family of five had all the space we needed. We have three young children and they loved playing in the hot tub. We loved having access to the bike path right off of the driveway. This house does not include passes to any pools in Sunriver but we found a fun community pool in Bend with a slide and giant pool that our kids had a great time playing in. We’d most definitely stay at Carol and Bill’s home if it’s available during our next trip to Sunriver :)

Lovely, well equipped house but listing said there was a communal pool but we could not use it. Very very disappointing as we had planned on going to the pool while the guys golfed 2 days. Owner should have been more forthcoming about this.

Another beautiful staiy in Sunriver

We had a great time at Carol's house on the northern end of Sunriver. I've been coming to Sunriver for more than 40 years, and just love. Stayed in many rental homes and condos, and this is a good one. AC isn't common in Sunriver, and it really saved us here during the heatwave of late June 2021. The newly remodeled batrhrooms are beautiful, and the kitchen is spacious and has everything you need at actually cook. The three bedrooms provided plenty of room for our family of four, and let our two daughters spread out and get some quiet time from us annoying parents. Carol is super responsive to email, and tried to work out an extra day for us. A great host and a great home, highly recommended to anyone looking for a nice place in N Sunriver. Thanks!

Fun stay

My family of 4 had a great time staying here. This house was the perfect size for us. Everything was very clean and communication with the owner was great. It had everything we needed for an awesome time. BBQ’ed some ribs and the meat was falling off the bone. We biked everywhere and the kiddos had a great time at sharc and the river. Thanks!

Perfect for us!

Looking for quality time with family and grandma. Found it! Good location, good size kitchen and pretty much all we needed. Very clean, super nice and accommodating hostess. I'd recommend you byo pillows, I myself like more than one, that's just me. Totally would stay again.

Sunriver spacious, desirable home

We had an excellent stay at Carol’s and Bill’s large home. We walked to the Deschutes River on a lovely flat walking path starting at their property. Sunriver was once a large lake so the surrounding area is flat & easy to navigate by bicycle and by walking. We thought the kitchen was perfect and exactly what we read online beforehand. Don’t miss Lava Butte, a million dollar view! A big thanks to Carol and Bill. We want to visit next year.

Our family chose Sunriver with the top priority being close to fabulous skiing and Mt. Bachelor. Little did we know that we would love Sunriver just as much year round. We look forward to kayaking/rafting the Deschutes River, tennis, pickleball and biking the many miles of bike paths in addition to just enjoying the sunshine and beauty of Sunriver and Central Oregon. SHARC, our new recreation facility, is an added bonus.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy a 6 mile r/t bike ride to Benham Falls on the newly paved path. Snowshoe on the golf course just across the street in winter with our 2 pair of snowshoes or watch your children enjoy sledding from the 16th tee box.
