Longere renovated in 2017, in a small quiet dead end, at the entrance of the town of Saint Lunaire (shops, beach, yacht club, tennis: all within 500 meters), ideal for 1 or 2 families (9 sleeps).
Ground floor: large living room / equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, small living room TV / DVD, bathroom / WC incl. washing dryer.
Upstairs: bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with single bed and drawer bed, bedroom 3 with bunk beds and drawer bed, bedroom 4 with double bed, a toilet, a bathroom.
A pretty courtyard grassed on the front and a fenced garden at the back with garden furniture and plancha.
Very calm environment. Estuary giving access to the large beach at the end of the street. Dinard 5 km, golf Saint-Briac 3 km, beautiful tennis club (8 clay courts) in the center of the village, numerous hiking trails.
Sheets and towels: 15 € / bed on request. Obligatory cleaning: 60 €. A deposit check of 500 € will be requested. No smoking Pets not allowed No parties or parties
