We are only minutes away from the Amish & Mennonite stores. Come & enjoy a relaxing stay with us! Quiet Calm and Peaceful

We stayed here when my niece got married in the area. The property is beautiful and quiet. We had an extra day to enjoy the porch and the tranquility that we don’t get in the city. The owner was responsive and the house was comfortable and gave us everything we needed for our short stay.

Perfect Mountain Home.

This place was absolutely beautiful. It had everything you could want and more. The rooms were spacious the beds were great and the fireplace was amazing. We absolutely loved seeing the horse-and-buggy Come trolloping through the roads in front of the house. It was too chilly for us to use the outdoor fire pit but that would have been amazing. Overall the place was gorgeous and we would deftly stay again versus staying at a hotel We came up from Florida to visit family and this was the perfect get away.

A Piece of Paradise

This little gem hidden away was the perfect place for us to stay as we were visiting places and friends in the area. We loved being here and the accommodations are more delightful than in the pictures!

Short trip

The property was better than we even expected. Information and pictures were accurate but it is even more comfortable. Everything you could need was there. If you want to relax and get away from noise, this is your place!

Mother Daughter trip

The Horse and Buggy Country Inn was such a beautiful 3 bedroom cottage with a huge yard. We loved the porches! Lots of bath towels and warm blankets! Everything about your place helped make our trip the best!!

Quiet girls getaway

My mother and I had a great time at this property. The location is quiet and serene, just what we were looking for. The chalet is super clean. Even though the guests before us smoked inside the house, Merv and Becky did all they could to wash everything and get rid of the smell. This was the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for check in process because we had to wait a couple extra hours for checkin due to the extra cleaning they had to do. The only thing that would've enhanced our stay was if the recliner that is upstairs could have been downstairs. There are several produce markets and small gift shops to explore. Whatever you do, don't miss eating at the Bread of Life Cafe! Great food and great people.

Quick response to rental request. Chalet had everything we needed, even some food supplies I had forgotten. Centrally located between several water access points for kayaking. Enjoyed time on porches and watching fire in backyard fire pit. Silence occasionally broken by tractor, clip clop of horse, and mooing from neighbor's cow.
