Hodnett Cooper is pleased to offer this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 323 offers a beautiful ocean view across the courtyard. Beach Club 323 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa.

September Get-Away

This was one of my best vacations. It provided all that I was looking for. The condo was very clean and well equipped and was just as pictured on the website. The property was wonderful -- the pool area beautiful, safe parking, and was very quiet -- the other guests or owners were very pleasant. Also, the property management group (Hodnett Cooper) communicated well, giving me instructions on check-in, check-out, and follow-up the day after my arrival to verify that all was OK and a number to call if I needed anything -- this was much appreciated. Also, the VayK Gear rental process was very helpful and delivered as promised. I hope to stay in this community again. Thank you to all that made my stay very enjoyable.

Right on the Beach

The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was right above one of the jacuzzis and was a bit noisy on a couple of nights, but the view made up for that.The only recommendation I have is that you bring your own laundry and dishwasher soap. Also, there are only two beach chairs and no beach towels.

Fantastic condo

This condo was beautifully furnished and clean. We all enjoyed the pool and the hot tubs. The beach was just a short walk and one of the closets has boogie boards and beach chairs in it which was a nice bonus. The pier and the shops/restaurants around it are a bit too far to walk to with small children, but we just drove and were able to find parking each time. Try Barbara Jean's restaurant if you get a chance, it's amazing. The condo grounds were well cared for and the landscaping is very pretty. We admired the different flowers and plants they obviously take good care of. Make sure to bring mosquito spray, because if there is little or no wind, those suckers are vicious. We look forward to returning to St. Simon's and we would definitely stay at this location and in this condo again!

Great location, great response from property management

The condo was in a great location with good amenities. The unit itself was pretty updated and had most of the items we needed for a comfortable week at the beach (although the owners may want to consider buying some new knives for the kitchen. The ones there are very old and dull). When we arrived the refrigerator wasn’t working and unit had not been cleaned very well (we checked into the unit just after the July 4th Holiday rush so I am sure housekeeping was very overwhelmed that day), there was still sand everywhere and it was very dusty. I called the property manager and she had maintenance and housekeeping there within minutes to correct both issues. I was very impressed with the customer service level! Overall, I would absolutely recommend this unit and would stay there again on future trips to St. Simons.
