Very nice 46m2 luxury apartment in a quiet charming residence with magnificent views over the bay of Port Blanc.
Direct access to the white sand beach 10m from the residence.
Completely renovated in early 2017, the apartment located on the 2nd floor includes a living room - living room - dining room - with 2 large openings and a furnished terrace with dining area to enjoy the beauty of the landscape, a perfectly equipped kitchen ( large fridge / freezer, MW, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, etc.) bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet, large bedroom with double bed (new Bultex bedding) with south-facing terrace with deckchairs.
Free WIFI and large 53 "flat screen TV.
Easy and quick access from Port Blanc to the beautiful sites of Côte d'Armor.
Animals not accepted.

Très agréable semaine passée dans cette magnifique région. Un appartement très confortable, fonctionnel, calme avec une vue splendide sur la mer et la plage en contrebas. Es hat alles gepasst. Super !! Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Herrliche Lage. Das Kommen und Gehen des Wasser verzauberte die Bucht immer wieder aufs Neue. Herzlichen Dank an Marie und Mario Sidoli für Ihre Freundlichkeit. Wäre der Weg nicht so weit ( 1300 km ), wir würden bestimmt öfter die Gegend mit der herrlichen Lage der Wohnung genießen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt Tausend Dank !!!

INCROYABLE

Un accueil plus que chaleureux, des propriétaires présents pour nous accueillir, d'une gentillesse sans pareil, un appartement situé face à la mer (vue imprenable), proche de toutes commodités. Si vous voulez cuisiner, pas de problème la cuisine est très largement équipée (four, lave vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, etc. etc.). Sans oublier la place de parking. Si vous voulez être au calme pour visiter cette belle région, c'est l'appartement qui vous convient.Merci encore aux propriétaires pour ce magnifique accueil.

Excellent accueil. L'appartement est impeccable et il est fait une petite visite pour mettre en main les quelques appareils ( plaque/micro onde). Équipement complet avec tous les accessoires qui facilitent la vie. Présence d'un fonds d'épicerie pratique. Appartement très bien pensé. Seule la fenêtre côté chambre peut siffler par fort vent de sud-ouest. Situation parfaite. Parking pratique. Copropriété calme.
