Great Beach Condo

Great location, great view! My family and I really enjoyed our stay and really liked St Simon Island. Highly recommend staying here. Only thing to know that wasn’t obvious is there is a trash dumpster behind the rental office so you can dispose of trash - like they ask you to.

Comfortable and easy access. Although is a building from the ‘80s, it’s well maintained. The apartment could use a bit of revamping for closets. But in general, very comfortable

Location was amazing! Amenities were nice, pool was very clean, as well as the grounds. The unit we stayed in has everything you could possibly need, including a small washer and dryer that I wasn’t expecting. Outside of complex could use a paint job and elevators need to be updated, but other than that this was a great property to rent.
