About this property

Our cottage is located 500 meters from the port of Marin.
A very nice two-room apartment with a separate bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, toilet and a sitting area, all with an area of 31 m2.
An outdoor terrace of 12M2 with sea view in the bay of the sailor.
Our rental is located down villa, pool and garden are shared with us (the owners) when we are present (from early October to late March)
The pool in extension of your terrace is without any opposite and in peace.
In a spirit of freedom, the Gite can accommodate naturist people upon request.
A private parking for a car or a scooter completes the whole.
Only 10 minutes walk to all the shops of the sailor and one minute by car.
The most beautiful beaches of Martinique are all nearby (4km from Borgnese Point, 6km from Anse Figuier, 12 km from the Grande Plage des Salines)
On request we can pick you up at the airport and prepare your dinner upon arrival.
If you wish we can make you breakfasts (formula bed and breakfast). all its options will be extra

Séjour Magnifique

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour de 3 semaines à cet appartement. Les propriétaires ont été d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. L’appartement est extrêmement bien situé et tout est exactement conforme à l’annonce. Je recommande fortement cet appartement.

Le paradis sur terre.

Nous avons séjourné 8 nuits chez Sylvie et Thierry. Un mot décrit notre expérience … sublime !!! Tout était parfait. On se croyait dans un logement 5 étoiles. Propreté et lieux impeccables , le décor moderne et joli, le lit était confortable, la salle de toilette éclairée, très belle et avec une bonne pression d’eau et la cuisine complète pour cuisiner des plats. Mais ce qui rendait notre séjour encore plus incroyable était l’extérieur avec sa vue magnifique, la piscine juste pour nous et les meubles de jardin pour agrémenter nos fin d’après-midi et soirée. Nous avions aussi facilement accès au lave-linge et corde pour faire sécher à l’air ainsi qu’au BBQ et plaqué extérieure, ce qui fut fort apprécié. Pour terminer, Sylvie et Thierry sont très discrets mais aussi très à l’écoute si on a besoin de conseils. À notre arrivée nous avions aussi café, pain, yogourt, lait et jus au frigo. Merci pour la délicatesse. Ce fut un plaisir et je recommande fortement. N’hésitez surtout pas.

Petit paradis magique.

Notre séjour de 14 jours nous a ravi. Tout y était tiptop. Sylvie est une grande professionnelle très accueillante. Un grand bravo à elle et son mari.

Villa dans un cadre idyllique

Une superbe villa avec une vue juste magnifique à couper le souffle. Il n’y a pas de vis-à-vis et le dépaysement est total. Les propriétaires n’étant pas là nous avons pu profiter de la location et de la piscine pour nous seuls, c’était vraiment génial. A notre arrivée Joanna nous a accueilli avec un petit panier garni et un Ti punch maison, nous avons noté cette gentillesse. Supermarchés, marina, boulangerie, fast-food... il y a tout à proximité. N’hésitez surtout pas à réserver cette villa, vous n’en serez pas déçu !

Une location tout simplement exceptionnelle......

Merci Sylvie et Thierry de nous avoir chaleureusement accueilli dans votre charmante propriété où nous avons pu nous reposer dans un calme absolu. Le confort et la qualité de votre location sont sans reproche, nous avons adoré. Une vue imprenable sur la baie du Marin, une piscine très agréable, l'ensemble est conforme en tout point aux photos du site. Quant à votre gentillesse et vos conseils de visite et balades, ce ne fût que du bonus....Merci encore 1000 fois pour tout cela, nous partons rejoindre la métropole avec les batteries bien rechargées. Logement parfait pour les vacances !

Très bon séjour chez Sylvie et Thierry qui nous ont très bien accueillis. Le logement est bien situé, très bien équipé et décoré. La vue piscine / mer est l’atout majeur de ce logement. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison.

Cette location est idéalement localisée pour les merveilleuse plages du sud de l’île et des randonnées le long de la côte atlantique . Le confort ,La piscine et la vue sont un atout (quel plaisir de voir un tel paysage depuis la piscine) .... j’ai aussi apprécié la climatisation dans la chambre ! Allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus . Le logement est prévu pour un couple et vous aurez tout le confort nécessaire . Je vais certainement y revenir ....

Exellent sejour

Jolie location confortable, agréable et fonctionnel. Très bien situé pour visiter la Martinique et pour les commerces à proximités. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue magnifique en journée comme en soirée, le joli jardin et bien sur la piscine! Merci à Johanna pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous sommes prêt à revenir!
