SolAbode: Luxury Retreat for All Seasons!

This new home has an open floor plan featuring two master suites. It is both cozy and modern with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. It has been thoughtfully furnished with a Westin Heavenly bed in each bedroom, premium Brooklinen bedding, plush Brooklinen Turkish cotton towels, a Nespresso machine, all natural Public Goods bath products and high speed internet.

There are a multitude of outdoor activities to enjoy nearby including skiing, biking, golfing, fishing, hiking and paddle boarding. This home is located 20 minutes from Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort and is situated on the Rimrock Trail (which links to Phil’s Trail System). From your front door, a walking path leads to the Deschutes River Trail, Farewell Bend Park and the Old Mill Shopping District. Some of the best shopping, restaurants and breweries are located within ten minutes. Prefer eating in? You will feel right at home in the gourmet kitchen equipped with all the necessities. There is also an attached garage for your vehicle and equipment storage.

Your Bend adventure awaits you! Start your day with coffee on the covered front porch, overlooking a grassy common area. Take in the outdoors, concerts and dining all within easy access to SolAbode. Fill up a growler at one of our local breweries and enjoy a BBQ on the patio, complete with a Central Oregon sunset. At the end of the day, retire to the comfortable living room with gas fireplace to share stories of the day.

Well appointed base for Bend adventures

This was easily one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Everything is new, clean and really well thought out. Super convenient location with the river trail literally steps away and town a short bike ride or drive away. The house is compact, but had everything we could ask for and all amenities were taken care of. Excellent kitchen with new appliances and everything you’d need, including very good knives and utensils. Beds, bedding and towels were all high quality and comfortable. Owner is super responsive and accommodating. Nice touches everywhere you turn made our stay very easy - soap, extra pillows, towels, detergent, etc. we will definitely look to stay here again next time we visit Bend.

Modern, Fresh & Lovely Bend Spot near River

Loved our stay at Katelyn's place. It was a perfect holiday weekend getaway for two couples of friends. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything you could need for a nice meal, the decor is great and the finishes are lovely. Access to the river trail right from the front door was an added perk!

We loved our stay in this property. The location was perfect, close to town, breweries, and the river. Place was exactly as pictured and described in listing. A lovely little house!

Excellent location, close to downtown Bend and river trails. The house overlooks a common green area and has porch chairs we enjoyed. Inside everything looks new, stylish and in great condition. Well stocked, tastefully decorated. A great little rental.

Fantastic Bend location

We loved our stay, the location is close to the walking trails along the river and an easy hike/walk to the Old Mill District. Having access to the garage is also a huge plus. We will definitely stay again when we return to Bend.

Great Stay Family of 3

This was a perfect set up for a teen family we had one side of the house and a bathroom and he had the other with his own bathroom. Centrally located to everything and loved the garage access for easy un packing and loading.

We had a great stay! We were in Bend for a wedding and Sol Abode was a perfect spot to stay. It was super clean and organized– the most orderly rental I've seen! The Deschutes River Trail is within walking distance and we enjoyed walking it in the evening. The neighborhood is well-kept and convenient. We would definately stay again!

Sol Abode is just perfect. It was spacious for two couples, had everything we needed and was spotless! We thank Katelyn for her hospitality (including letting us in early!) and we will be back!
