Cozy and beautiful apartment, located 15 minutes to the Big Apple. Apt has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and professionally decorated for the best experience. Every bedroom has a queen bed and a full sofa bed in the living room.

• We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Just what we needed
Our team was in town for an industry show at the Meadowlands convention center. The location was perfect and we liked that parking was available at the location. The apartment was small but just what we needed. We stayed here last year in a different unit but will most likely be back next year!

We recently stayed at this property with our family - 2 adults, one adult son and one teenage son. It was nice to have three separate sleeping areas. The bathroom was a bit tight but we made it work for our short stay. Everything was very clean and instructions were clear.

Nice city stay.
We would stay here again anytime. The building was in a good area near a few shops so the was convenient and the bus stop is right across the street, so getting into the city is really easy.

Great little apartment
Five grown men stayed in Claudia’s apartment quite comfortably. The place had everything you would need and we even were left water and apples by the owner which was a nice touch. The 125 bus across the street gets you into manhattan in 15 minutes which is great! It takes a while for the hot water to kick in but I would imagine it’s because it’s such an old building. Oberall great stay.

Nice stay
Two guys on a quick weekend getaway. We attended the US Open tennis finals all day Saturday, and hit the Giants/Vikings game on Sunday. It was a nice place to hang out for a few hours at night and get some rest and get cleaned up before heading out for the day. If you do your research, there are many commuting options. We used ride share a lot and also took several trains. You can access anything from here. Would stay again. It is on the fifth floor, and the elevator is the original elevator in an older building. If elevator make you neevous, it is worth mentioning.

Terrrific, clean apartment close to NYC
Apartment was as advertised, updated and very clean. Beds were comfortable, my boys slept well on the sleeper sofa. Building is older but don’t let it deter you from staying here. It seems there are other rental units but I’m assuming most of these are permanent residents. Really liked North Bergen, it’s an older town but very clean and seemed to be very quiet. Grocery store within a couple 100 yards for essentials. Plenty of authentic Mexican restaurants to choose from. We ordered carry out a couple times. Many options to get to NYC, bus stop in from of apartment, we took the ferry one day and drove a couple times as well. Plenty of parking right outside the Lincoln tunnel. Claudia was efficient and prompt with her responses. Most responses were within 5 to 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Girls Trip
We usually stay in the city but it was way too pricey this time so this was a great alternative. Easy to get into the city within a 20-30 minute timeframe if using Uber. Also a short distance to the Hoboken train station where the subway can be taken into the city. Apartment was exactly as described. The entire process from booking, check in, and check out was extremely easy. Apartment was CLEAN and had all the amenities you needed! There is also a Dollar General close by for any other needs you may have. I loved having bedrooms, you don’t have that in the city unless you are willing to spend a lot of money. This place was great, 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend!

Good apartment in a nice area. It was easy to catch a bus from across the road into New York. Journey time about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Return journey drops you right outside the apartment block. It was very warm inside the apartment.. Only downside is it was quite noisy (trains and traffic).

The apartment was as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay there. The host left a book in the apartment to explain how to use public transportation, which was very helpful. We were not prepared for the longer than expected transportation time to Manhattan. Good places to eat within walking distance.
