This recently redecorated South Walton vacation rental’s soothing colors and ceramic wood floors offer a relaxing , modern ambiance with accommodations for up to six guests. The unit offers ample comfortable bedding , a well-supplied kitchenette, and a balcony from which to take in the sights and views of an active beach community or for just listening to the serenity of the nearby waves of the Gulf. Catch a glimpse of emerald green waters within view from the front windows.
Just a short walk across the street through the Gulf Place Arch, you’ll find the beach and waters of the Gulf of Mexico.Just outside for exploring are the conveniently located varied shops and restaurants of Gulf Place. A quick drive can
take you to colorful and intriguing South Walton towns such as Grayton Beach, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. For the shopper, there is Silver Sands Outlet Mall in Miramar Beach, The Destin Commons in Destin, and a 35 minute drive down 98 will take you to Pier Park Shopping Center in Panama City Beach. Girls trip

We had a great stay in your unit. The only downside was an early morning delivery for the Pizza place. The delivery driver was very loud outside the elevator as he was talking on his cell phone and unloading all the boxes outside the elevator in front of the unit. Other than that experience we had a wonderful time.

Excellent, perfect location,

Once we arrived there was no reason to drive or leave. Everything we did or wanted to do was within walking distance. The perfect place to walk, ride bikes, 3 minute walk to the beach, and lots of pet friendly areas. The area was slow paced and quiet. We will definitely return.

Great location!

Condo is in a great location with private beach access! There are restaurants nearby and stores without have to worry about driving. The condo balcony faces the beach in the sun so perfect for afternoon reading.

A Gem By the Beach

I was planning a trip to the Santa Rosa Beach/Grayton Beach area when a friend of mine texted this condo to me. She found it on Vrbo. The owner of this condo thought of all the little things that you wouldn't find in a hotel. Plus, to get that close to the beach for the price is a great deal. Really clean and has a kitchen. Would definitely stay here again and have no problem recommending to others.

Fun Weekend Spot

My husband, son, my son’s fiancé and I were in town for the weekend to do wedding planning. This studio apartment was very convenient and centrally located and made for a comfortable home base for the weekend.

Location, location, location!

This place was amazing and a perfect fit for my wife and I. You simply cannot beat the location. You’re only a few steps away from the beautiful Gulf. The place was super clean and a breeze to enter and park. Would recommend 100%.

Great beach location

Enjoyed our stay so much, location was just a 5 min walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants and entertainment right outside your door. Always was able to find a close parking at the end of the night. I hope to stay there again if it’s available when we return next year for our summer vacation.

Comfy and entertaining

We were blest with great weather so spent the time in the living room or out on balcony when we were not on the beach or eating out. Gulf place beach and restaurants get high marks. The couch was comfortable. The people going by were very entertaining. Nancy’s attention to detail is great, like lots of hooks in the bathroom. I brought suction cup hooks which worked well on the inner shower door to hang light weight wet stuff. Our stay was memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo was very clean, and the bed and furniture were very comfortable. The host was great!!! We will definitely stay here again.

A little slice of paradise!

We had the best stay for our anniversary! The house had everything we needed. Nancy was such a great host! We were walking distance to some amazing restaurants and the beach was absolutely beautiful! We loved every second of our trip and can’t wait to go back!

Family Friendly!

Overall great stay. This is a very family friendly area, safe and clean and a lot of young families. We were there over spring break so it was busy, but not crazy/wild. Stayed with our 12 and 16 year old. We enjoyed the heated pools and the beach access is right across the street which was lovely. A bonus to this unit is that you can sit on the balcony and see the ocean between the buildings across the street! the grounds of the complex and pools are kept very nice. The host, Nancy, was very helpful and kind and we had great communication. Free laundry room near the unit was nice. A couple things to note- this is more of a studio style unit, as primary "bedroom" is open, if privacy is important for you. It is also fairly noisy- there was a lot of construction noise going on while we were there, and every morning the garbage truck comes right outside the side of the unit that the primary bed is on around 7am. Also, this unit is right in front of the elevator for the floor which added to the noise, but not too bad. There are some furnishings showing a fair amount of wear and tear (and others that look updated). I felt terrible as Nancy reached out after our visit about a tear in a chair, but honestly we thought they were already looking fairly rough and aren't sure. Overall good experience. Nancy is so helpful and the walkable location with plenty to do right outside the unit was enjoyable.

I live in Mississippi with my husband and have lived here for over 40 years. We have two grown sons, one who lives in Florida and one in Mississippi. I grew up in Kansas and obtained a degree in education eventually teaching 1st grade for 40 years. I am now a retired 1st grade teacher and enjoy visiting beautiful Florida to spend time near our son, daughter-in-law and our grandsons.

Why they chose this property

We love this area and the opportunity to visit our family who live near the condo. This is a beautiful area and not nearly as congested as near-by beach towns. We bought the condo several years ago and had it managed by a rental company, but now (being retired) have more time and decided to give it a more personal touch. We have upgraded with new paint, patio furniture, ceramic wood tile, and some new furniture. Reviews left in our visitor's book in the condo have been very complimentary and we want to continue providing our guests a great place to stay. We are not new owners, just new to this site.
