Welcome to Between Beaches rental cabins, we are open all year round! The Beachcomber Cabin is our most private cabin tucket in the trees. Many people like to rent this cabin as an extra bedroom for larger parties. At this exceptional location, you can watch the sunrise over one beach and set over the other! Our unique, handcrafted beach cabins and The Beach House (VRBO listing #'s 993127, 661493, 449876, 1620934, and 2073319), are located on MacDonald Spit. Kayaks, sups, hot tub, sauna, clamming, hiking, bear viewing, glacier experience, and more.
A scenic water taxi ride will take you through Kachemak Bay State Park and bring you to our beach where you will be greeted with a smile!
This cabin has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and we Seldovia City water in jugs along with a cooler and ice block. There is a private 5* privy just 20 feet out your door and a shared outdoor shower nestled in the trees!

Amazingly relaxing!!

This was just what I expected. Beautifully decorated, yet small cabin, with a comfy bed and everything that I needed during my stay. The place is private and the scenery is spectacular. The Finnish sauna and hot tub were excellent additions. I didn't even mind the outdoor shower or toilet because I was caught in the moment of this amazing place. It just fits, ya know. Great place. Thoughtful hosts. I will definitely come back!!

Romantic getaway

Loved this property and the stay. The staff was SO helpful and accommodating. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The shared hot tub and sauna are right outside your door so be aware of that before booking. The outside shower and toilet were surprisingly clean and pleasant. Overall the stay was amazing, however it is rather pricy for what is included. Highly recommend taking a trip into Seldovia if you do stay here!

Glamping at its finest

The location is perfect in summer or winter for a serene, romantic getaway. Though there were some small inconsistencies with the property, the host made sure to reconcile them. We were very impressed and definitely hope to return with a larger party!

Best little find on VRBO!

This place was incredible! Water on both sides. Cute and well kept. Wildlife everywhere. Wood fired hot tub and sauna... what more could you ask for? If you are looking for a unique getaway, this is definitely the spot. Kristi was great to work with and gave us some awesome recommendations leading up to the trip as well!
