Seascape 2BR/2BA completely updated condo! Views of the Golf Course!
Enjoy views of the championship Seascape Golf course from your balcony, the Seascape Tennis center is just across the street with Pickleball courts available, heated pool, and be on the beach in under 3 minutes!!! Saturday to Saturday rental peak season.
Seascape town center is just a short drive or bike away. Enjoy one of several outstanding restaurants without having to leave the resort and get into traffic. The town center also has a coffee/pastry shop, ice cream shop, arcade, liquor store. Don't forget to check out the Moon Crush Concerts that are hosted by the Resort for several weekends during the Spring and Fall!
From the inside, you will feel like you are staying in a brand new property.
Kitchen - granite countertops, all stainless appliances, fully stocked cabinets with most anything you will need to cook with!
Bedrooms - King sized bed in the Master with fluffy duvet covers! Oversized closets frame the hallway to the master bath. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa!
The Seascape Resort has so much to offer, you might not even want to get into your car and venture out into Destin. Enjoy one of the 4 pools, several tennis courts, bike rentals available, golf, and of course a huge section of beach is sitting there waiting on you to enjoy! At the beach, several vendors are available for things like jet skis, beach chairs, and even para-sailing.
Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and our dozens of golf courses.
