The kitchen is very well equipped with all modern equipment for learning Tuscan cooking. The modern bathroom is spacious and well furnished.

The covered terrace guarantees shade during the day and is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy any meals outdoors.

Wonderful
Wonderful stay here with our young family. Roberta is a great host. We especially enjoyed the pool and bbq. The location is good to take day trips - we visited Lucca, Siena, Florence, many small villages and the beach towns.

Grazie mille Roberta. What a wonderful house. There are 3 airco's that keeps the house perfectly cool even when it is 35+ degrees outside. The house was clean and Roberta is a great host who also speak a bit English and was very kind. We would love to come back sometime

Really nice
We had a really good week in the house / appartment and Roberta was an amazing host, always available for any question. The house is very clean and has everything you need including airco. The terrace is great and has the necessary shadow. The pool is in a separate garden but only 20m away from the terrace and brings an amazing view. Close to Lucca (10 minutes) and good connection to highway We recommend it

Einfach schöne Ferien
Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Roberta sehr genossen. So ein tolles Haus , super Pool und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Es war das best ausgestattete Ferienhaus in dem wir je waren. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub.

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung
Das Haus war idyllisch gelegen, trotz einer nur sehr kurzen Fahrt (10 Minuten) um nach Lucca zu gelangen. Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet, Roberta war ein toller Host, die auch immer gerne mit Tipps zur Seite stand, wenn man die Umgebung erkunden wollte. Sie war außerdem sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt!

L'emplacement est top pour rayonner ! Nous sommes restés 3 semaines avec deux jeunes enfants et nous avons tous les matins fait une activité différente et l'après-midi, nous restions à la maison à profiter du jardin et de la piscine.

We stayed in appartment Pergola with 3 kids (5-7-9). The appartment is very spacious, beds were ok, and it was surprisingly cool even without the airco turned on. It was fully equiped with everything you can think of. Outdoors just as good with the shady terras, large private pool and the view. Hostess gave us a great welcome and was available whenever we needed something. Would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling by car.

Un magnifique séjour dans une location au top ! Roberta était très accueillante et réactive à nos demandes, tout en restant discrète. La location est au centre de toutes les activités de la Toscane. Nous avons visité Lucca, Florence, les 5 terres, pise, … et les distances sont à maximum 1h de route. Nous avons apprécié l’air conditionné 😅 la piscine, la vue de la terrasse du jardin et tous les équipements (complet) du logement. Nous y reviendrons certainement !!! Ciao à tutti 😉

Fijne plek om tot rust te komen
Ongeveer 4 km buiten Lucca, een mooi verblijf om de omgeving te verkennen. Appartement is fijn om te verblijven en Roberta is een vriendelijke en bescheiden host. Lucca is heerlijk om te verblijven, wandelen, bewonderen en uit eten te gaan. Een aanrader!

Un séjour parfait
La maison était propre, les pièces sont spacieuses, la cuisine est moderne avec tout l’équipement nécessaire et de qualité. On a profité de la terrasse, du barbecue, de la piscine hors sol, ce qui est appréciable avec un bébé de 21 mois. Roberta est une hôte très agréable, arrangeante tout en étant discrète pour que l’on se sente comme chez nous. La petite ville de Lucca à côté est également très mignonne à visiter. Seul bémol, c était trop court !! Julien et Dana

Umgebung war gut. Die Vermieter waren freundlich. Sauberkeit war nicht so gut, z.b Spinnennetze überall, dreckige Küchengeräte ( beide Kaffeemaschinen) Und es war kein Besteck vorhanden Löffel Gabel Messer.

Wir waren 8 Tage in Capannori, die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, aber mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung, so dass man schnell an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Zum Strand fährt man knapp 30 min. Die wohnung ist sehr sauber und Roberta kümmert sicg um ihre Gäste und gibt viele gute Tipps für Einkäufe, Ausfüge Strände und Restaurants. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

La location est conforme à l'annonce et est parfaitement équipée. Si vous cherchez à passer des vacances à la campagne et, de là, partir à la découverte des beautés de la Toscane, elle est faite pour vous. Roberta et Renzo sont à la fois discrets et très serviables, notamment pour vous donner les bons plans (plages, restaurants...)

Tolle Gegend, tolle Vermieterin
Roberta ist ein tolle Gastgeberin. Sie ist immer da, wenn man Fragen hat und hilft. Die Wohnung ist super. Leicht klamm anfangs, aber sonst super. Eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Der private Pool ist toll. Die Lage is toll. Lucca ist sehr nah, so dass man dort jederzeit hin kann. Ein Auto braucht man auf jeden Fall. Fußläufig ist dort im Ort nichts. Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

La maison à l'écart de Lucques est très calme. Climatisation, terrasse ombragée, grande pièce à vivre, grande chambre pour les parents, piscine, tout est conforme. Roberta est à la fois discrète et réactive. La région est très belle : Lucques, Florence, Pise, et tous les villages des environs. La plage est un peu loin (30 min), mais nous le savions. Et la mer est à 25 degrés, bien sûr... Que du plaisir !

Very nice place in rural Tuscany
We stayed at the pergola apartment (there are two separate ones) for one week with our two little girls (1.5 & 4 years). Place was big enough and the kids could run around outside. It would have been nice if there was a gate at the car port so the kids cannot run onto the the street. A nice pool without the danger of the kids drowing was adjacent to the house. My recommendation would be to change the photos on this website and point out that almost all photos refer to a different apartment than PERGOLA.

Familienidylle mit unfassbar netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern
Wir - zwei Freundinnen mit insgesamt drei Kindern - haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Tolle Ausstattung, maximale Sauberkeit und beste Lage, wenn man ein Domizil buchen möchte, das nicht direkt am Meer liegt. Zu den Stränden waren es nie mehr als 20 Minuten Fahrt, einige große und kleinere Supermärkte in kurzer Entfernung (10 Minuten), Pool mit wundervollem Ausblick. Als ich mein Kennzeichen blöderweise verlor, hat mich die Vermieterin nicht nur zur Polizei gefahren und dort alles mit mir erledigt, sie hat sogar ein provisorisches Kennzeichen für mich gebastelt. Wirklich eine herzliche und absolut empfehlenswerte Atmosphäre in Capannori!
