About this property

Calm and tranquility in southern Ardèche

Located in a hamlet of 7 houses, in the heart of the Gorges de l'Ardèche nature reserve, our house can accommodate up to seven people.

Composed of three bedrooms (1 bed 180 x 200; 3 x 1 bed 90 x 200 and 2 x 1 bed 90 x 200), three bathrooms (shower, sink, WC), a kitchen equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge ...), a living / dining room with its wood stove and a mezzanine serving as a reading room, the house, furnished and decorated in a contemporary way, is ideal for any type of stay.

Two gardens surround the house: the first will allow you to rest in the shade of its umbrella pine, its mulberry trees and its fig trees; the second, with its swimming pool (8 x 4 x 1.5 m), UV treated (and therefore chlorine-free), will refresh you on hot summer days.

The house, with its south-facing terrace, has Internet access (Wi-Fi).

The entire building was completely renovated in 2017/2018.

This house is our vacation home and we want you to enjoy it. However, we don't make it a business. Also, it is only rented for four weeks per year (once this quota is reached, rentals are interrupted until the following year).

Magnifique

Échanges et procédure extrêmement simple avec le propriétaire, toujours disponible. Maison absolument magnifique, parfaitement équipée, décoration de très bon goût et piscine extraordinaire. Environnement très calme, une vue incroyable depuis la terrasse sans aucun vis à vis.

Un véritable havre de paix

Nous avons passer une semaine de vacances formidable à la découverte de l'Ardèche et en particulier grâce aux conseils de Pierre notre hôte qui nous a donné avant notre arrivée quelques clefs pour notre séjour. Cela nous a permis de découvrir de merveilleux endroits. Mais la plus belle découverte c'est le mas, niché dans un petit hameau où vous êtes sûr de trouver une vraie tranquillité. La maison est parfaite, chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain, elle est très bien équipée. Nous avons cependant passé tout notre temps à l'extérieur, sur la petite terasse tellement agréable en fin de journée ou au bord de la piscine rafraîchissante à souhait en plein été. Cette maison donne sincèrement envie d'y revenir. Information qui a son importance, Pierre vous fournit énormément d'éléments avant votre arrivée... vous ne serez pas perdu !

Little Paradise

We had a really wonderful time in your little paradise. The house is beautifully decorated down to the smallest detail, the scenery and the variety especially butterflies was incredible. The only negative thing was that we didn't have enough time. We will definitely travel to the Ardeche again and would like to visit this paradise again at any time.

Les vacances en Ardèche

Maison magnifique et pratique car chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain ce qui est pratique avec des enfants. Rivière en bas du GR où vous avez une plage pour vous seul...Top! Le seul bémol est le fait de devoir amener les poubelles noires hors département car pas de badge en notre possession et cela n est pas pratique du tout surtout l été où il faut vider régulièrement les sacs. Location à recommander.

Prachtig huis met zwembad op een toplocatie in de Ardèche.

Zeer nette en aan de moderne tijd aangepaste woning op een rustige locatie. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad in de achtertuin. Een idyllisch huis op een idem plek. Wij zijn er met 2 kinderen (15 en 17) 10 dagen geweest en er is genoeg vermaak te vinden om je al die tijd bezig te houden. Door de bijzondere locatie is wel heel prettig om een auto tot je beschikking te hebben. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt is al gauw 20 minuten rijden, net als de meeste bezienswaardigheden en activiteiten. Prima contact met de eigenaar. Hij reageert binnen 12 uur op zijn emails (ook tijdens ons verblijf) en is te benaderen in het Frans, Engels en Nederlands. Aanrader als je van natuur, activiteiten maar ook van rust houdt.
