The house is a detached, spacious, atypical house. It was built with natural and ecological materials (interior plasters in lime, exterior walls in volcanic rock, insulation of the roofs in natural wool). The house benefits from all modern comforts (programmable shutters, automatic gate, automatic watering, alarm protection system). It has a quiet and pleasant 400 m2 outdoor garden. It is made up of lawn, a small play park for children and several terraces allowing you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day. You will be a 15 minute walk from the ramparts of Aigues Mortes allowing you to enjoy the beautiful city while being quiet in a residential area. The nearest beach is at Grau du Roi, 6 km from Aigues Mortes.
The location of Aigues Mortes allows you to enjoy a tourist town in the heart of the Camargue regional park while being close to seaside resorts and beaches. The towns of Arles and Nîmes are 45 km away; the city of Montpellier 35 km.
