This renovated 28 m² studio for 6 people.
Its bright living room opens onto a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a beautiful view of the mountains.
In the living room you will find a sofa for two people (160x190), a television and a dining area.
The kitchenette is equipped with vitro hobs, combi oven/microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, raclette machine.
The apartment has an alcove with four bunk beds for (90x190). A shower room. Separate toilet.
Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane.
Pet fee: 40 Euros
Tourist tax: current rate / night / person aged 18 and over.
Optional + services at preferential rates: rental of sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
Deposit 260 euros (credit card imprint).
