About this property

Located on 4 acres of very spacious grounds with beautiful views on the south end of Grand Lake, Oklahoma. Surrounded by a beautiful 200 acre private property and water front. "There is always something to do."

This traditional lake house has an open kitchen and two living areas, the master bedroom is upstairs with full bath and deck. There are three bedrooms and four baths down stairs. The property can sleep 16 people on 10 matrices in the house.

Enjoy the view of the lake and property from three decks, with a hot tub providing one of the best views! There is a lot of space in this 3400 square foot house. "The pictures do not do it justice."

Included in the price there is access to:

A tree house on the property that has 2 twin beds and 2 "spaces" in the loft to sleep on, with play ground equipment for all ages. A spiral staircase provides easy entry. There is a window air conditioner that works well, and there is a separate fan to circulate the air in the tree house.

A sand volley ball court (non regulation) with lights and balls is ready for play.

A covered dock with diving board and ladder with three boat slips and a slip with float for a personal watercraft. A full size canoe with paddles is available for use any time. A 6 X 20 floating pad is available. Provided in limited amounts : life jackets, floats, and fishing gear.

Great getaway on Grand Lake

Our family had a great time at the lake. The house is cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. My son loved the tree house and the swing. We are already talking about planning a trip back.

Positive stay

3 families gathered in middle location for a weekend of fun.This place had it all: views, amenities, games, activities, privacy, enough rooms and bathrooms. We had plenty of room and space for 19 of us. The only downside was the mice issue, apparently bc we are some of the first renters for the season. We didn’t see any mice while we’re there, only remnants upon our arrival.Otherwise, Tom was very easy to work with and would still recommend this place.

Great Family Getaway

Tom was a great host who answered all the questions I had and made our trip a delight. We had a family of 16 share Thanksgiving together and the the house was perfect. Their was room for everyone and the kids loved the treehouse. Thank you Tom for sharing your home.

A Treasure on Grand Lake

Our family of 14 (children, grandchildren, my husband and I) arrived at the lake, ready to play, relax, and reconnect. This beautiful space on the lake was more than we could imagine! Someone has opened up a very special home and amazing treehouse for others to experience and enjoy. What a gift!!

Reunion

Had a fantastic 5 day stay Toms house for a family reunion. This house might be the most secluded waterfront property on Grand Lake. Everything was fully stocked and Tom was extremely quick to respond. I will definitely be renting again

Family Week

We have one full week in our year that all of our kids and grandkids are able to set aside and gather in one place. This is a great place with fun for all of the ages of our grandkids. Tom has always been a great host…helpful in every situation that has come up.

Fun Vacation

This was our second year back and it was as good as the first! The home has lots of space for big groups to spread out and just as many amenities to keep everyone of all ages entertained. All at a fair piece and the host is very easy to work with and accomadating.

Amazing, Secluded Lake Vacation

We had the most amazing time at the lake house. We had family from ages 7-76 staying for a week. There was plenty of space/beds/bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked, we just needed to provide the food! There was an extra fridge and freezer for overflow, which was great so we could keep everything chilled. Everyone swam and fished from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat for two days and explored the lake and went tubing. One family member is mobility challenged but the house was perfect for him: he had full access to the first floor, and we drove him down to the dock so he could spend the day with everyone too. We had s'mores around the firepit in the evenings as the sun set. The property is secluded. The only other people we saw were off in the distance on the lake, boats that anchored near the cove. That was perfect for us and exactly what we were looking for. Communication with Tom was easy and prompt. Would highly recommend!

Family Getaway

Our group of 11 was looking for fishing, swimming, privacy and space to be together. This property had everything we could have wanted and was beautiful as well. The wildlife was abundant and the fishing was good. Would highly recommend this space for a family or friends group as it had plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, as well as large common areas. The host was accommodating and responsive to our questions and needs.

Annual Mothers Day trip

We had a pleasant weekend meeting my mom, sisters, aunts and nieces who are all now mothers, 14 total. They came in from Colorado (flew to Tulsa) Arkansas, North Central and Eastern Kansas and Nebraska. Plenty of spaces to gather. We all really enjoyed it and the host Tom was super great to work with.

Thanksgiving getaway

Long weekend with family

Plenty of space for 12 of us. Comfortable and accommodating. One family member is mobility challenged and was able to enjoy the property; no-step entry, seat in shower, no step out to the back (hot tub) deck, driveable down to dock. Kids ages 8-14 swam, fished canoed and loved the treehouse!

Amazing Property

The home was amazing. Tom is a great host. They let us check in early and leave late. Everything was taken care of before we arrived. The ice maker on the fridge didn’t work, which would normally be annoying, but Tom had many many bags of ice for us to use, which just goes to show you that Tom takes care of any issue before it’s a problem. We would love to rent this house every year forever if we could.

Family fun with lots to do

The property is perfect for large groups with lots to do from the volleyball court, hot tub, to the dock on the lake. We enjoyed that there were no immediate neighbors both on the land and waterfront. It also sits back in a cove which was nice for when we were swimming off the dock. Tom, the property owner is very responsive and friendly. We hope to be back!

Our family meets here every summer and it is perfect for us. The house is spacious and kid friendly. The grounds are very spacious and kid friendly. The boat dock is easy to get to for our boat, and is also great for fishing.

Family reunion

We hosted our children and grandchildren for a week on the lake. There was plenty to do, some went canoeing, we had outdoor games, cookouts etc. There was plenty of spaces to sleep for all ages. The tree house was a hoot! Would recommend!

Couldn't ask for more! Perfect for large family

Everything about this property is perfect! Large family reunion from 10 yr olds up to mid 80's totally loved this place, there was nothing missing from the fully stocked house to the boat dock. Many many hours spent in the water with fun & relaxation for all. We will definitely book this house again for our next reunion. My only hesitation is giving such glowing review that it might be booked next time I want it :) No matter the size or ages of your group this house accommodates everyone, you won't go wrong. Thanks Tom for opening your house to us.

McDowell Family Vacation

Our family had an amazing time at this property. We loved the privacy of this property for our kids and grandkids to be able to play and run. The amenities for the outdoors were perfect from the sand volleyball court to the water mat at the dock. When we had questions the owner Tom was quick to respond. We would stay at this property again.
