House totally renovated on a large wooded plot, ideally located 200m from the sea (Sainte-Anne bay), the customs trail and 400m from shops and the center of Trégastel Plage.

Ideal for 2 families or large family or group of friends

Great family house

This is in a great position to enjoy Tregastel. A short walk to beaches, supermarket and the town where there are great bakeries and a really good weekly market. The beaches are wonderful, and there are great walks all around the fantastic coastline. The house is big and has plenty of bedrooms, a great huge dining table for everyone to sit around together, and a lovely garden.

Accueil excellent, maison bien équipée, jardin superbe, emplacement de choix près de tout, vacances super pour tous les âges, 3 ans à 85 ans pour ce qui nous concerne. Spacieuse villa très bien équipée

Villa conforme aux photos du site. Idéale pour séjour en famille, toutes générations confondues, ou entre amis, et en toute intimité. Très bien équipée et propre. Superbe jardin et belle terrasse, agréable véranda. Mer et plages à quelques pas. Quartier résidentiel calme et vert. A proximité du Super U, pratique pour les courses. Pas très loin non plus du petit centre-ville, de son marché hebdomadaire et des petits commerces. La propriétaire est accueillante et sympathique et habite dans le voisinage. Nous recommandons cette location et ne manquerons pas d'y revenir, en famille ou entre amis.

Très agréable séjour au calme dans une vaste et belle maison entourée de son jardin fleuri

Excellent séjour à 3 dans une belle et vaste maison, magnifiquement rénovée, très bien isolée, lumineuse, au calme, entourée de son vaste jardin fleuri tenu avec grand soin. La maison permet une vie de plain-pied avec 1 chambre/lit double au rdc avec douche et wc. À l’étage, 1 douche, 1 WC, 3 belles chambres avec lit double pour 2 d’entre elles, la 3e a 3 lits simples. La capacité d’accueil est élevée permettant à une grande famille d’y loger tout en respectant l’intimité de chacun. Studio indépendant attenant avec porte de communication avec le reste de la maison. Nous avons déjeuné sous la belle véranda. Possibilité de faire ses courses à pied ds un SuperU très bien situé à 500 mètres environ. Baie de Sainte-Anne accessible à pieds. GR34 qui longe le littoral à 200 mètres de la maison: un pur bonheur! Au centre de Tregastel, une piscine d’eau de mer chauffée à 30 degrés, et ses buses massantes + Hammam + Sauna. Un délice à coût modéré ( 9€ l’entrée hors réduction). Les propriétaires très accueillants, adorables, disponibles, facilement accessibles, à l’écoute. À recommander sans hésitation !

Tolles Haus, in traumhafter Umgebung, idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die wunderschöne Gegend zu erkunden und verschiedenste Strände zu besuchen. Wir waren 3 Partien und konnten das Haus ideal aufteilen. Das Haus und sein Umschwung ist fantastisch, für gross und klein. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles lief sehr unkompliziert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Dépaysement sur la côte de Granit Rose

Accueil de la propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute des besoins de ses locataires. Maison très moderne, très bien équipée, agréable à vivre et idéale pour une grande famille avec respect de l'intimité de chacun. Située au calme au fond d'une allée et sans bruit. Les commodités sont à moins de 500m et les ballades au bord du littoral très accessibles à pieds ou à vélo depuis la maison. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour. Alain et sa tribu.

Great house in a lovely location.

We received a warm welcome from Anne Marie who showed us around her lovely well equipped and very clean house. The house was was in a good location being within walking distance of the supermarket and town. We were also close to several beaches some within walking distance and others just a few minutes drive away. We all had a great and relaxing holiday and I would highly recommend the house.
