Kitchen with gallery fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc. Large 20m2 terrace to enjoy the sun and the pleasant temperatures of this city.

Small and quiet but well equipped residence with swimming pool (with separation for children), jacuzzi, padel track and children's play area.

Covered outdoor parking space for one car.

Excelente apartamento

Muy buena ubicación, limpio, la terraza es tranquila, buena distribución y bien equipado. Zona tranquila con piscina y al lado de la playa. Por poner algo malo las camas individuales son muy blandas. Todo lo demás genial.

Zona tranquila para vacaciones de verano

Zona muy tranquila. La playa a 1 calle andando y el puerto a 25 minutos. La piscina estupenda. El alojamiento cómodo pero poco limpio. Tuvimos que hablar con la dueña para que lo limpiaran de nuevo... No obstante, muy bien ubicado.

Vacaciones en familia

Pues la verdad es que el apartamento es muy cómodo y es ideal para ir con niños, ya que tiene piscina (con cesped y bastantes sombras) y la playa a 10 minutos andando. A mejorar diría que al apartamento le falta una reforma, ya que tenía varias cosas averiadas, como la puerta de la cocina, o una mosquitera (que la persona de la inmobiliaria se ofreció a cambiar, y al final decidí que con cinta americana podía apañarse). El aire acondicionado del salón apenas enfría y diría que necesita un cambio urgente, menos mal que el del dormitorio si va bien, porque en el otro dormitorio no hay aire acondicionado. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario, lo que hechamos en falta fue sal, aceite y papel de cocina, balletas, lo típico que encuentras en todos los apartamentos para los primeros días, pero bueno, el super está a 5 minutos andando y tampoco tuvo mayor problema. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que hay propietarios de la urbanización que ocupan la piscina como si fuera suya y no respetan mucho a los demás inquilinos, así que es preferible no coincidir con ellos. Aun así con todo lo que tiene que mejorar, lo recomiendo, yo volvería sin duda, Denia es exceletente y el apartamento es perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones en familia.

GENIAL PARA VACACIONES EN FAMILIA

El apartamento está muy bien, camas confortables, cocina equipada, AA en salón y una habitación, terraza muy amplia, cerca de la playa (aprox 5min andando) y cerca del centro del pueblo (5min en coche). Cerca de supermercados y algún restaurante, pero no es zona concurrida ni de ambiente.

Hervorragende Vermieterin,

Die Wohnung war in ordentlichem Zustand, bei einer Langzeitmiete in den Wintermonaten preislich unschlagbar. Zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr ruhig, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frau González auf schriftliche Nachrichten umgehend reagiert hat und organisiert hat was zu organisieren war, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl und empfehlen die Wohnung ausdrücklich weiter. Erika Johnson

Prettig verblijf in onzekere tijden

Goed, ruim appartement met een heerlijk buitenterras. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en dat heeft er mede toe bijgedragen dat wij, ondanks de 'estada de alarma' een bijzonder prettig verblijf hebben gehad in Dénia.

Apartamento muy agradable

El apartamento está muy bien y tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. Es amplio y la terraza está muy bien. Me gustó la buena ventilación del apartamento por estar orientado a ambos lados del edificio. Por poner una pega, en cuanto al confort a mejorar el sofá del salón ya que es bastante viejo e incómodo. La piscina comunitaria está bastante bien y cuenta con zonas de césped y sombras. La atención en general muy bien. Volveríamos.
