Located across from Colonial Cemetery, and only two blocks from Broughton Street, this ground-level apartment is just a few steps away from the hustle and bustle. Guests enter into the airy living room, that is accented with charming decor. The kitchen opens up to the living room, with a large butcher block kitchen island that is perfect for preparing a home-cooked meal! Guests will enjoy having a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Off of the kitchen, guests will also find a stackable washer and dryer.

Toward the back of this cozy apartment, you will enter the oasis like bedroom with canopy bed and en suite bathroom. A queen size bed with hotel-grade linens awaits you, and the en suite features a tub/shower combination and a marble countertop vanity, with plenty of space to get ready!

Get a feel for Savannah's spooky side and walk through the Colonial Park Cemetery, with tombstones that date as far back as 1750. For those looking to take home more than a history lesson, head North three blocks to Savannah's retail hub: Broughton Street.

A lovely place, close to everything downtown

It is a lovely, cozy apartment, well-appointed 1 bedroom apartment, which was perfect for my time in Savannah. The kitchen is well-stocked, the bed is comfy, and the internet connection seemed fine the entire time I was there. I was very happy with my stay!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip. We will definitely be staying again. Location is great, we walked everywhere. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and absolutely beautifully decorated. Communication with the host was super easy. 5/5 recommend!

The location was great and the apartment was just as described. Just felt it could have been a little cleaner. The door going into the building was filthy and hallway wasn't much better and the apartment could have been a little cleaner. But overall it was good and the location was great.

If you are looking to walk between North and South historic districts and the river, this place is in the perfect location! It is just a 5 minute walk from many major squares, restaurants, Leopolds and more! We also loved having a clean place to stop for a bathroom/water break on days where we were doing a lot of walking and exploring. The bed was pretty comfortable compared to most vacation rentals I’ve tried, though it is SUPER squeaky. This place is definitely built for only 1-2 people to stay in and I would not recommend more than that. We mainly used it just to sleep, and it worked perfectly for that! The place is very old and it’s easy to tell. The property also has mini shampoos/conditioners/soaps when you arrive and multiple rolls of toilet paper, which was great! I wish it could have been a bit cleaner, as you can tell that they don’t pay attention to smaller areas like under the bathroom sink, in drawers, smaller surfaces. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around barefoot or putting my stuff in the bathroom drawers, just because I noticed some leftover dirt and grime from previous stays, but that would be my only gripe! Other than that, this place was a great stay for two for a trip to Savannah!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description was good but the conditions was not acceptable. The room looked and felt like a basement room. When we arrived it was hot and very damp in the room. It took several hours for the air conditioner to make the room livable. Parking, even, to unload, was difficult unless you parked in illegal spots. It took a day to straighten everything out. TV service was not usable. Most everything was pay TV. The bed was not comfortable. There were sufficient kitchen appliances in a very tight kitchen. The bathroom tub and shower was difficult to use and fit in. The location in Savannah was very good. I would recommend not to rent this accommodation.

We were directly across from Colonial Cemetery. I worked from the apartment during the day and we walked historic Savannah in the evenings. I would suggest the apartment to have a couple of throw blankets would be great. And an extra roll of toilet paper. :-)

The location is the sell on this spot. We could walk to all the touristy spots, and Uber cheaply to anywhere outside downtown. Apartment is decorated nicely, but has no natural light. If my wife didn’t have me to wake her up she would have slept the day away. It rained a lot and we had to go out front to check the weather. Overall it was an okay stay and any of our concerns were addressed.

Pros: Situated in a convenient location across the street from the Colonial cemetery. Easy to walk everywhere. Extremely comfortable bed, plenty of towels and good Wi-Fi. Cons: Very little natural light-only the kitchen has windows so the bedroom and bathroom are very dark. Only 4 hangers in closet. Difficult to regulate the temperature of the water in the shower-the faucet adjustment and faucet are very loose. Could use better soap-only provided two extremely small bars. We had to buy something to use in the shower. Good communication from renting agency and app worked well. Charged a small fee to check in early.

Great long weekend!!

The property was just as advertised! A great location within walking distance of everything. It is nicely decorated which gives it an at home feel. Perfect for a long weekend trip for 2! Would definitely consider staying here again!

From the Riverfront to Forsythe Park rich in history, architecture and laissez le bon temps rouler at The Social Beer Garden. The property was perfectly centered for walking and visiting all Savannah had to offer in the Historic District. Will be visiting Charleston next so it has some big shoes to fill. We will be back.

Reviewer Comments: The experience was okay, mostly because it's conveniently located a few blocks from the vibrant Savannah riverfront. However, I would not stay there again. The apartment is well decorated, but for my taste, a little overdone as there was little space to place your own belongings. The most important thing was that it's at the back of the building and gets no natural light. The only 2 windows are in the kitchen and they face a small courtyard that gets little sun. It felt like we were in a tiny cave. The apartment is about the size of small studio although it is divided into several small rooms. It needs of a deep cleaning (e.g., we had to clean utensil drawer and utensils before we felt comfortable using them; most of the pots and pan, toaster, and coffee machines are in poor condition and need replacing.

Great

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with this room! Only complaints are that we couldn’t find extra blankets and the couch didn’t look like it got cleaned before our stay. Everything else was very clean and welcoming!
