About this property

Mountain Chalet, Serre Chevalier

The house is south facing 10-15 minutes walk from the center of the resort. But less than 5 minutes by car. It is located in Villard Laté, 100 meters above the resort of Chantemerle 1350; We have a beautiful view of the ski slopes and the surrounding peaks!
There is a 500 m2 garden in front of the house with a larch table.
Departures of ballads are accessible directly from the house.
Ideal house for peaceful holidays with children
This house is, we hope, welcoming, which means it is not empty as some seasonal rentals may be. You will find a house bottom in the cupboards that you can use on your arrival. Thank you in advance to replace what you consume.

Access of travelers:
You can go to any room in the house. There is just a cupboard that we lock with our personal belongings.
Of the outbuildings only the garage remains closed.

We put in place a booklet showing how the house works

Other remarks:
We provide all the lingerie (tea towels, bath towels, duvet cover ...). All beds are single beds that we collect on request to make double beds ...

Séjour familial

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette maison. Nous avons apprécié l'environnement calme, la localisation de la maison à côté d'une des fontaines du hameau (doux bruit continu), la proximité immédiate des chemins de randonnée, des moutons et des marmottes à quelques minutes à pied ! La maison est bien équipée , une documentation très fournie sur la montagne est mise à disposition par les hôtes, c'est très appréciable. Le jardin est agréable et la table de pique-nique bien pratique. En résumé, c'est une maison au calme, à proximité des commerces ( la pente pour y accéder est raide mais c'est un bon échauffement le matin avant de partir en balade !) , idéale pour passer des vacances en famille. A noter tout de même la présence de 2 escaliers (dont un très raide) pour les jeunes enfants.

un beau dépaysement!

un logement fonctionnel au calme perché au sein d'un petit village Villard Laté qui nous isole du coeur de la station après une bonne journée de ski.

Chaleureux chalet en toute tranquillité

Denis est hôte extrêmement sympathique, bien organisé et donne de bons conseils. Il loue son chalet avec une déco chaleureuse, une cuisine neuve, chambres spacieuses, et un super équipement. Rien ne manque ! La 5ème étoile dès que la salle est de bain sera rénovée. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement au calme.

Casa molto bella e ben tenuta

La casa si presenta molto bene, leggermente distaccata dal centro del paesino che si può raggiungere a piedi comodamente o in macchina in pochissimi minuti. Dispone di posteggio privato con almeno due posti auto. Ha un ampio giardino con tavolo in legno che si può sfruttare principalmente per le grigliate estive perchè in inverno c’è moltissima neve in quella località. Dispone inoltre di ripostiglio esterno ampio chiudibile a chiave per sci e altri oggetti. La casa in se è bellissima, su tre piani: piano terra con cucina moderna e nuova (con piastre ad induzione, forno veloce a cuocere, microonde ecc... (peccato per l’assenza di una cappa di aspirazione subito sopra ai fornelli)) tavolo ampio, dispensa, frigo, stufa antica, tv, divano letto e un piccolo bagno con gabinetto e lavabo. Al secondo piano, accessibile con delle scale in legno tipiche da casa di montagna, ci sono le due stanze matrimoniali (di cui una con due scrivanie in legno), dotate di vista mozzafiato ed accesso al terrazzo, è il bagno principale. Infine la soffitta è qualcosa di magico: quattro letti sotto il tetto in legno e la libreria molto suggestiva che rende tutto fantastico. La casa inoltre è dotata di Wi-Fi gratis è abbastanza veloce. Unica pecca forse la doccia un po’ piccola e i letti non comodissimi e con cuscini duri. Per il resto ottima casa, sempre calda e con due termostati per avere anche temperature diverse sui vari piani. La casa si trova vicino agli impianti di risalita per il grande comprensorio sciistico e anche a supermercati e lunghi di attrazione. Proprietari gentili e sempre reperibili per qualsiasi cosa. La cauzione ingente è stata comunque restituita il giorno dopo la fine del soggiorno senza problemi.
