Schönes Objekt, gute Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzig die glänzend weißen Fliesen überall sind Geschmackssache {der Nachbar ließ seine Schuhe immer vor der Haustür stehen}. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, mit großem Supermarkt 200m entfernt. Auch gibt es eine Bushaltestelle in 100m, von wo man direkt in die Stadtmitte, zum Bahnhof oder gar in ein Weindorf {Turckweiler} fahren kann. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr zu empfehlen.

7days Colmar

Met vrienden 7 dagen naar Colmar was heerlijk. Prachtig weer en de supermarkt en de boulangerie vlakbij. De Elzas is fantastisch mooi en vriendelijk. Leuke plaatsen om te bezoeken en heerlijke restaurants. Het huis (tussenwoning) was goed. De keuken goed ,kleine tuin(kunstgras),1 slaapkamer op elke verdieping(3). Bed in benedenslaapkamer beetje gevaarlijk. Je kan niet alleen op de rand zitten of liggen , want dan kiept het hele bed om. Bedden op 1e en 2e etage slapen heerlijk. 1 van onze vrienden wil zelfs hetzelfde matras als het bovenste bed kopen. Kortom heerlijke vakantie. Dank Karine.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, allerdings mit Abstrichen

Das Haus ist schön geräumig und war sehr sauber. Aus unserer Sicht war es für drei Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings fehlten bei einigen der kleineren Küchengeräte einzelne Teile, sodass sie nicht nutzbar waren. Die Spülmaschine ging nach wenigen Tagen kaputt und wurde während unseres zehntägigen Aufenthalts nicht mehr repariert. Angenehm war, dass es zusätzlich zum Bad eine extra Toilette mit Waschbecken gibt. Die Schlafqualität in den Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock war gut. Im Dachgeschoss war allerdings permanent ein lautes Brummen zu hören, dass den Schlaf stark beeinträchtigt hat. Bedauerlicherweise war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin dazu und zur kaputten Spülmaschine sehr holperig und es wurden keine Lösungen angeboten. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb und ist mit dem Bus an allen Tagen außer sonntags gut zu erreichen. Direkt in der Nähe ist ein großer Supermarkt.

La location globalement est conforme à nos attentes.En revanche, l'absence totale en présentiel du propriétaire a l'arrivée et au départ laisse planer un doute sur la convivialité.On est en mesure de penser qu'il s'agit en l'occurrence d'une location "marché de loisir"avec passage en caisse sans personnel ni ticket de contrôle.

Tolles Haus für max 6 Personen in ruhigem Wohngebiet, citynah

Gelegen in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet ca 20 min zu Fuß bis zur City/Altstadt. Der Supermarkt ist ca 4 min Fußweg. Viele große und kleine Städte sowie Wanderwege rundum, gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Schöner Badesee ca 15min mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung/ Küche ist sehr gut und modern eingerichtet und sehr hell. Das Dachzimmer wird im Sommer sehr warm, hat aber einen Ventilator. Dafür wenig Schrank, ein offenes Regal für die Kleidung. Für 2 Personen etwas knapp, für einen okay. Ansonsten ausreichend Platz für alles, Putzutensilien und Waschmaschine im Haus. Schöne Terrasse. Man bekommt schnell Antworten bei Fragen. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen.

appartement très agréable

l'appartement est très agréable pour 6 personnes maxi. très spacieux et clair. environnement calme à 20 min à pied du centre ville l'extérieur qui nous semble un peu petit est bien entretenu.

Joli séjour

Maison très accueillante et en tous points conformes au descriptif. A 20 mn à pied du centre ville, nous avons passé 2 belles journées à Colmar. Très proche d'un Leclerc et malgré tout au milieu de petites maisons, cette maison est très bien placé. Notre hôte était très à l'écoute de nos besoins.
