Villa Paloma is 5 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the city center.
The house originally styled "Basco Landaise" has been completely renovated and transformed. It is surrounded by a large garden (980 m2) with trees out of sight. The place of life is articulated around a patio and its swimming pool in open sky. The living rooms overlook the inner courtyard.
A passageway, a large wooden terrace, a covered summer dining room, can take meals in the shade while enjoying the nature.

Nice and clean house

Nice and clean house in a beautiful location. Close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Beds are fine.

kleines Idyll

Wir waren zu 5, 3 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene plus Hund in diesem sehr schönen Haus und haben unsere Zeit sehr genoßen. Die Räume sind sehr liebevoll, geschmackvoll und hell eingerichtet und es gibt viel Raum und Licht. Vor allem der Außenbereich ist sehr gemütlich mit dem Pool und der extra Schlafberreicht bietet auch für Teenager einen sehr guten Rückzugsort. Der Strand ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen, wie auch der Markt und das kleine Zentrum des Ortes. Außerdem war die Skaterbahn in der Nähe noch für die Kids ein guter Zeitvertreib. Wir wurden sehr freundlich freundlich von Damiène, der Gastgeberin empfangen und sie war immer hilfsbereit und erreichtbar. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und können das Haus und die Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen.

Un grand merci à Damienne pour son accueil chaleureux. La maison est très joliment décorée et idéalement située, proche de la plage, du centre ville, du lac. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist live noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Check-in war super entspannt und freundlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und in einer schönen Wohngegend unweit vom Strand und dem Ort entfernt. Einzig die Mücken haben gestört aber dafür kann der Gastgeber ja nichts :)

Wonderful stay in Vieux Boucau

We had an amazing stay at this house. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the pool and garden is outstanding and the location to the beach and city could not be better. Very quite and and relaxing atmosphere as well. We will definitely come back with our family and friends. Thank you Damiène and your family.

Un Petit coin de paradis

Une maison idéalement située dans Vieux Boucaud, proche de tout et au calme… la maison est magnifique, il ne manque rien et on s’y sent tellement bien, un Vrai havre de paix… la propriétaire est vraiment adorable… je recommande a 300% et j y reviendrais…

Comme le dit l'annonce, une très jolie maison en bord de mer, chaleureuse et bien équipée. Plage et centre bourg sont à proximité à pied, et Damiène, la propriétaire est charmante et accueillante. Que du plaisir entre famille et amis.

Très belles vacances

Très belle demeure, très bien aménagée et très bien située. Un régal en famille ! Seul bémol, le prix important à rajouter en plus de la location pour les torchons, serviettes de toilettes et draps.

Oase am Atlantik

Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus, mit zwei Familien, zwei Wochen verbracht. Es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Die Größe des Hauses war für zwei Familien perfekt. Auch die Küche eignete sich hervorragend, um auch mal ausgiebiger zu Kochen. Die Lage ist ein Traum...wirklich nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Abends konnten wir sogar die Brandung des Atlantiks hören. Wenn wir noch einmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen, dann bestimmt wieder in diesem tollen Haus.

Un séjour très agréable

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une semaine mais serions bien restés plus longtemps... Très jolie maison, agréable à vivre, bien décorée, située dans un quartier calme. L'océan à deux pas, de belles balades.. Mon petit bonheur quotidien : petit déjeuner au calme sous l'appentis, dans le patio, avec les rayons du soleil filtrés par un rideau végétal de clématites, devant une petite piscine, entourée de yuccas, de jasmins. (mmm...ça sent bon!). juste avec les oiseaux ! Et un grand merci à Damiène et son mari pour leur sourire, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité !

A deux pas de la mer, une maison où l'on se sent bien

Avant d'arriver la communication a été très fluide avec Damiène, mes questions trouvant à chaque fois une réponse aimable et bien détaillée. Et l'arrivée chaleureuse. Nous étions 5 adultes avec une météo mitigée, la configuration de la maison fait que chacun a son espace sans se gêner lorsque nous devions être en intérieur pour cause de froid et de pluie, les espaces communs sont bien pensés, la cuisine très bien équipée. La literie confortable. le patio couvert est un plus lorsqu'il pleut ou vente, il permet de rester en extérieur. le garage nous a permis de stocker en sécurité les vélos loués. La table de ping pong d'occuper nos débuts de soirée sous couvre feu, la piscine les matinées ensoleillées ! L'océan n'est qu'à quelques pas, comme les commerces du centre. les pistes cyclables sont très vite accessibles. Le tout est très agréable à vivre et l'on se laisse vite aller à la déconnexion et à la douceur de vivre, je recommande !

Harmonie, Bien être et sérénité dans une maison cocooning aux bonnes énergies!

Superbe séjour dans cette charmante maison tout confort, bien agencée, bien équipée et joliment décorée. Accueil adorable de Damiène, la propriétaire. L’agencement autour du patio donne un charme formidable à cette belle maison lumineuse où nous avons tous passé un formidable moment en famille (de 4 à 90 ans!). Pour les enfants, la piscine peut être sécurisée avec une bâche spécifique. La plage est rapidement accessible à pied ainsi qu’une supérette avec dépôt de pain. Que du bonheur!

Kleines Paradies

Idyllisches kleines Anwesen mit sauberem kleinem Pool, ruhiger Lage, gut ausgestatteter Küche, viel Platz, auch draußen, modernen Bädern und Nähe zu Wochenmarkt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand (mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten). Für die Fahrräder, die man leihen sollte, schon weil es lange sichere Fahrradwege durch die Wälder gibt, gibt es eine Garage, das Auto steht sicher in der verschlossenen Einfahrt. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler funktionieren einwandfrei, es gibt einen Wäsche-Trockenplatz. WLAN und Betten sind ausreichend gut. Netflix lief auf 2 Geräten gleichzeitig. 😂 Der Tischtennisplatz mit Zubehör war klasse! Der Bäcker im Ort macht sogar Bio Brot. Die Vermieter sind sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt war einfach. Wir waren so zufrieden hier, dass wir für das nächste Jahr gleich wieder gebucht haben.
