The T1 is communicating with the villa and inseparable.
In RDC on the other side of the villa without opposite is a T3 with an independent entrance which is occupied by the guard or other during his holidays.

Das Haus ist super die Umgebung leider nicht.

Das Haus ist umgeben von einem Schrottplatz. Die Lage ist nicht optimal aber ruhig. Das Haus ist mega schön, ist mann erst mal im Haus drinnen ist das drumherum vergessen. Grundsätzlich zu empfehlen

Super emplacement !

Villa très spacieuse, très fonctionnelle et bien agencée. Nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants, nous ne nous sommes pas marchés dessus. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le sud de l'île que nous connaissions déjà, donc beaucoup de temps de gagné. Arlem, la personne qui s'est occupée de nous a été parfaite, très réactive à nos demandes et très agréable. Seul bémol, quelques inconvénients, portes vitrées qui ne ferment pas, pas mal de matériel ne fonctionnant pas et fortes odeurs de refoulement dans le bas de la maison. Sinon super séjour, je recommande

Très belle villa

Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée. Villa très agréable, grande, bien équipée et très propre. Juste un petit bémol concernant la propreté des 2 piscines mais très bonne réactivité pour les remettre en état. Encore merci pour les petites attentions.

Séjour Parfait

Maison tout confort. Chaque chambre avec point d’eau et toilette. Deux grandes piscines. Extérieur très bien entretenu. Nous avons passé un super séjour. La gestionnaire nous a aidé dès notre arrivée et à été réactive à nos demandes. Encore merci pour votre hospitablité.

Un superbe séjour !

Avons passé 15 jours dans cette villa très spacieuse et très proche de la baie de Santa Giulia La villa est très bien équipée et entièrement conforme à l’annonce. Mr Lenziani est très agréable et disponible. Dumenica, qui s’occupe de l’intendance est tout aussi agréable, réactive et de bons conseils pour vous faire découvrir de chouettes endroits. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances et recommanderons cette villa sans hésitation Au plaisir !

Magnifique séjour dans cette très belle propriété ! Séjour sans fausse note depuis le premier contact avec le propriétaire jusque la remise des clés par la gestionnaire immobilier.Je recommande vivement cette location. Merci pour votre accueil .

A quelques détails près...

Bien que située à 50m d une des routes principales de l île la maison est plutôt calme et si on entend les voitures passer depuis le jardin ce n est pas vraiment embêtant. A l intérieur les volumes sont très agréables (grand salon, grande salle pour la cuisine, table pour 10 12 dans la salle à manger, chambres et salles de bain spacieuses...) et bien amménagée. Dommage avec un telle base que les détails ne soient pas toujours soignés : une poignet de porte qui ne tient pas, un range couvert en fil de fer dont les couverts s echappent de tout coté, le tiroir du lave vaisselle ou il manque une roue ce qui fait immanquablement "tomber" le tiroir en question, le sauna dont les commandes sont enfoncées et bringuebalantes dans le mur, le barbecue au gaz... sans gaz, le lave vaisselle sans sel... Enfin les salles raisonnent (peu de mauble ou de déco). le vrai reproche qu on peut faire à cette maison c est qu on voit qu elle est faite pour être louée... (un joli calendrier de 2017 orne la cuisine d ailleurs :) et manque de soin quotidien. Dernier regret : la literie est moyenne (et même mauvaise pour un des lits) c est le seul vrai point noir. Au final on a passé un bon séjour, et je recommande la location mais vu le potentiel et le prix de la location, je ne peux pas mettre 5 étoiles, 2 jours de bricolage et qq achats pour mieux achalander la maison la rendrait top, elle restera juste "très bien".

Superbe fin d’année

Nous avons passé les fêtes de fin d’année dans cette magnifique villa et y avons été accueilli très chaleureusement . Très spacieuse et bien équipée, même à 11 personnes il est facile de pouvoir se trouver un endroit tranquille. Nous avons eut la chance d’avoir une météo exceptionnelle et de pouvoir profiter de la proximité des plages de Santa Giulia et de Palombaggia pour faire de longues ballades ainsi que de belles randonnées à la forêt de l’Ospédale et aux aiguilles de Bavella. La piscine chauffée à 30 degrés et la sauna sont un vrai luxe surtout à cette saison. Nous recommandons cette location sans réserve et y retournerions avec un grand plaisir.
