This was our second stay at Lofn and it worked out perfectly. The unit is clean, comfortable and just as described. The location is ideal - close to restaurants and shops, and walking distance to campus. I really appreciate the amenities provided. We will definitely continue to stay here in the future!

Can't say enough good things, stay here. Yeah, great unit that is well equipped with everything you need. The big plus is the location, we walked everywhere. We had a great time, and we would stay again. Highly recommend.

December visit

Great location. Only issue was access. The lockbox to get the front door fob is clunky and hard to operate in the dark (evening )when I arrived. Once in the elevator goes to the 2nd floor but you need some other keypad code to get it to take you down. I did not have one (?!) so had to use the stairs which exit into the alley. This was OK until some dufuss parked a U haul truck exactly in front of the exit door - I had to get down on my knees to get out. Fortunately it moved later but coufdl have been a real safety issue!

Football weekend

We had the best stay. We parked our car for the weekend and were able to walk everywhere-restaurants, the game, and other places close to campus. The property manager was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect location for a visit to the Knoxville area. Convenient location close to restaurants, shopping, the Smokey mountains and the college campus. We always stay here when we are visiting the area.

The heart of Knoxville lives in Market Square, even on game day Saturday. Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Campus, restaurants, all the sites. This place is quite the value. Very clean. Easy access.

We absolutely loved this place. The parking garage is close and convenient. We usually stay at the Marriott but will be staying here when we come in for a show going forward. Everything was clean and comfortable. Noise was not an issue at all. Make sure you go to the Preservation Pub to enjoy a variety of talented musicians.

Great location, could use a deep cleaning and some fresh paint.

We enjoyed the VRBO and its location overall. We were comfortable and had the amenities we needed. Would probably book again if we ever needed to come back to Knoxville. However, the apartment needed a good deep clean and the bathroom needed new paint and/or the walls to be cleaned pretty badly.

We stayed during the "off season" in July, UTK was not in session and no events happening in downtown Knoxville. The unit was perfect for a couple: clean, well furnished, easy access, and within walking distance to all of Market Square. Would stay again anytime we return to Knoxville.

Excellent location

Location was excellent and loft was exactly as described. Directions, parking ,and check in proceedures were spot on. Parked in the Market Square garage, no more than a minute walk, from Saturday to Monday, $2.00. Only thing i would sugest is a full lenght mirror and ceiling fans. Certainly not a deal breaker and we would not hesitate to stay there on our next visit to Knoxville.

This lovely flat at 36 Market Square is perfectly located. All the things you want to do (world-class dining, fantastic shopping, great nightspots) are short walks from your door. Even UT sports are only a twenty minute walk. Historic Market Square is THE center of Knoxville and on of THE best locations to stay in downtown.
You won't even need your car during your stay.
Supremely well located next to hundreds of award-winning restaurants, lively bars, art galleries, history museums, and boutique shopping of all kinds, this is the perfect place to stay for those who wish to immerse themselves in downtown Knoxville history and culture. A fair good amount of the places in downtown Knoxville are locally owned and operated, so you can really get a feel for our southern hospitality.

Earth to Old City has be a family run business for over 25 years in downtown Knoxville, Located in the middle of Market Square that will have any unique gifts you might need. Don't forget to check out their newest shop Alice in Appalachia,..Cocktail shopping!

Music?
Preservation Pub has live music every night or Scruffy City Hall for nightly entertainment
or check out a show at the Tennessee or Bijou Theater right down on Gay St.

What are your beds like?
All our beds are Queen size beds. We do have pull our sofa in some locations as well as futons in a couple of Living rooms. Please check with the individual units for further details.

How do we get into the unit?
Approximately three days before check-in a welcome guide will be sent to you giving you the code for the FOB box which will get you into both doors of the building. The entrance on Wall Ave has the elevator. The entrance on Market Stairs is stairs only.
You will also get a code to unit door at that time.
