Bioclimatic villa in NATURA area with splendid Ionian sunsets.
Vissala Village is a residence of five comfortably furnished houses, built of wood and stone. The site takes its name from an ancient ceramic industry, in ancient Greek Vissala meaning "broken pottery". Each of the houses of Vissala Village offers a discreet independence. With 50m² of living space they benefit from individual swimming pools and private car parks in a landscaped environment. The wooden interiors provide a warm atmosphere. We know how much wood houses have the property to provide comfort adapted to all climatic conditions.
The half-timbered architecture blends perfectly with the environment. This construction principle, unique in Greece, is typical of Lefkas. It has attracted the interest of a large number of observers and researchers. The wood used is mainly entire trunks of cypresses coated with pitch and bitumen. This treatment gives the structure a long life. Some houses on Lefkas date from the 18th century.
On the mezzanine there is the bedroom and the bathroom. The ground floor of each villa has a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. The sofa can be converted to a standard double bed or two single beds. It is an independent fully equipped and functional country house (washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator large capacity), with complete equipment, air conditioners, solar heating, television and satellite internet .
The villa is easy access to two entrances from the provincial road. The island of Lefkas is easily accessible by the bridge that connects it to the mainland. The approach is facilitated in the north by the Aktion-Préveza submarine tunnel. Aktion airport is only 40km away.
