This villa was recently remodeled in Spring of 2019, and features memory foam mattresses, flat screen Roku TVs (you must log in to your own streaming accounts), a fully equipped kitchen (bring your own coffee, spices, etc.), LED lighting throughout, plush bath towels, and starter packs of dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels (you may need to buy more during your stay as these are not replenished). All linens including comforters are brand new and are changed out in between each guest.

There will be a beach wagon available for your use. We do not provide beach chairs or toys, however these items may be available for your use as they are often left behind by previous guests. We do not guarantee the condition or availability of beach items. **YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS**

Hilton Head Island is famous for its wide stretching beaches, and the oceanfront is just a 10-15 minute stroll down the private Hilton Head Resort boardwalk. Along the way you will encounter abundant sea-marsh wildlife from turtles to egrets. If you prefer a quicker route, just hop aboard the beach shuttle which has regularly scheduled runs throughout the day. At the end of the boardwalk, you'll find Coco's--a wonderful, beach-side bar and grill.

Hilton Head Resort features amenities galore, including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, indoor walking track, onsite bike rentals, six lighted tennis courts, a poolside deli and gift shop, a beachfront bar and grill, beachfront restrooms, beach volleyball court, and a front gate with 24/7 security. Golfing is abundant in either direction when leaving the resort grounds. Guests love to take advantage of Hilton Head's extensive network of bike/pedestrian trails. Whether you want to explore the island’s wonders or unwind by the beach- Hilton Head Resort has something for you!

Great Stay

All was great and just as described. No issues at all. Very comfy beds. Having the indoor pool with the kids was great because we did have a rainy day and it was still cool out.

Decent stay

Overall our stay was really nice. We really liked the resort and all it has to offer. The room was clean which was good since we had a little one crawling. The rooms are really bright so if you are used to it being dark when you sleep good luck. Beds were decently comfortable but the corner of the king bed kept caving in. We sleep with fans and there was one box fan available which was great. Unfortunately, we were not able to get into the locker with the beach items. I messaged the owner to figure out what the trick was or if I was doing something wrong and I never got an answer. Also when arriving the garbage drawer would not shut. I messaged the owner and never heard anything back again. I was not impressed with the lack of communication unless it was in regards to getting money for the place.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was nice and very convenient to get to the indoor pool which was nice with the on and off rain that happened that week. It was a little complicated trying to find the beach cart but other than that our stay was great.

Stuff broken

The TV in one of the bedrooms was broke and there was a leak under the kitchen sink and it had been that way a long time. The owner said we broke the tv and tried to charge us for it. We did not know we should have reported all the broken stuff when we got there. Big mistake.

Don’t recommend!

I hope this saves someone from wasting their time and money. Upon arriving we did a walk thru of the unit. I wouldn’t consider this “newly renovated” anymore. For one thing, it wasn’t clean. There was something spilt down the side of the cabinets, all walls appeared dirty with paint chipping from walls and doors, a hole in the bathroom wall, 2 of the 3 beds had red on them which appeared to be blood, the mirror had mouth and hand prints, the couch had dark spots all over where it appeared things were spilled, every lamp shade and picture was crooked, a brown binder that was supposed to be white, a lamp with no light bulb at all, and every vent in the unit covered with mold. The property manager was extremely unpleasant and refused any type of compensation or refund. Having two kids under 2 and to immune compromised adults, we decided to cut our losses and go somewhere else. Best decision we ever made! We were told “the kinds of people who stay here, don't have a problem with these things”. You can tell by state of the unit, that the property managers only care about the money, not providing a quality, cleanliness experience to their paying customers.

Nice Facility, close to all you'll need on the Isle.

Easy to find location. Nice walk on the boardwalk over the marshes to the private beach. The Resort Facilities were nice. Nice overall stay. Word of warning for anyone looking for an perfectly quiet stay away from children (specifically during summer). The indoor pool is inside the building here and closes at 11pm. Didn't bother us at all, but was noticeable and may bother others.

Exactly what we expected and more

Great trip. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our things. The location is excellent. I loved being able to easily get to and from the beach, and it is in easy driving distance from plenty of shops and great restaurants.

Enjoyable Stay

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The check in process was smooth and the walk to the beach was only 10 minutes via the private boardwalk. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great place in Hilton Head

This was a nice place to stay in Hilton Head. The room was clean and everything worked. The resort is a typical place for the island. Pools were clean and people were friendly.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay here! Clean property, lose access to beach and amenities. It can be a little loud during the day as families are at the pool but in the evenings it is relatively quiet.

Great stay. Had everything that we needed. Short walk to beach. Instructions for WiFi are wrong in posting and check In instructions and book in room. Had issue with the iron but was quickly fixed. Would stay again!!

The condo was exactly as described and very clean. I would recommend perhaps giving folks a guide on working the TV as it took us a few days to figure that out. also the Wi-Fi USER ID AND password provided in email before the trip was incorrect! figured that out after a bit. There was a knocking noise in the unit around 6 am every morning not sure if it was the plumbing or what! The AC thermostat didn’t go below 68 and couldn’t set like above 70 not sure if it was broke or rigged that way. the master bed was very comfortable. The complex has a board walk with shuttle service which was nice. strongly suggest not walking that boardwalk as it is a good distance to the beach. otherwise impressed as to how maintenance kept the pool area and grounds clean

Excellent location for a seaside getaway

We visited Hilton head for the first time and this location was perfect. It was minutes from the ocean, had all the amenities of home as well as lots of bonus features like indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, hot tub, poolside bar/restaurant. It was minutes from lots of local attractions. We would definitely recommend this property to someone who is looking for a beach getaway.
